Service is always great, techs are professional. I have a problem that it has taken over 2 weeks for my lenses to be cut. Way longer than I expected, especially after I was told that my order had shipped.

Everything about the experience was great. The employees and doctor were wonderful. I would have given 5 stars if the frames and lenses on display hadn't been really dirty with greasy fingerpints.

The buy one get one was really misleading. Never says anything about uninsured, my have went somewhere else if I hadn't already had my exam. Feels like I should get my second pair. Ijs
