Today Kevin tetrick was awesome. He stayed after close To help me, when he was leaving to get his children. He made me happy and he did above his job! Keep him!

I came into the store today because my phone acting up. Andy Martin was able to reset my phone so it would texts again and also helped clean up some on my phone in the process. Thank you so so much for the help today!!!

I came into the store after a disaster! My phone got wet and could not be repaired! The replacement phone i got would not restore my photos. I went to verizon not to spen any money jist needing assistance. Andy Martin was terrific! Jump up to help me as soon as I walked in and had my issue fixed in minutes!
