I came Vanderbilt at Walgreens to provide a Urine Sample for Culture The nurse was very nice; HOWEVER I was told to use the men’s room to collect the sample in an aseptic manner Both toilets were not flushed and one was not functional Vanderbilt should ashamed if these conditions and their partnership with Walgreens I am very concerned that the sample I provided could be easily contaminated by an environment which was worse than the usual backroad gasoline men’s room Extremely disgustingI will tell all my family members and friends to avoid the Murfreesboro Vanderbilt site on Old Fort RoadTom Kasser

Not a good experience multiple times. First, went to get bloodwork drawn. They mixed up the paperwork, didn’t read the labels right and almost didn’t attempt to draw the right labs. When they did attempt to draw, they missed 4 times, blaming it on “scar tissue” which yeah I’ve had my blood drawn often for 30+ years, however I’ve never had anyone miss 4 times (2X each arm)Had to get a specimen cup, so went to the same place we grabbed all the stuff there 5 days ago no issue. I ran there today and they argued with me that they “don’t carry” and “promise me we never carried that before.” If never means they’re not counting when we were there 5 days ago, I don’t think they know what the word never means.

I scheduled an appointment at 3:40. I arrived at 3:30 and it’s 4:45 haven’t been seen. There was 2 other ladies came after me and they got to go before me! When I came up to the receptionist she told me mask are required. I put one on since I was under the weather. But there were 2 other people who went in the room without a mask. I thought it was required!!!! And funny thing I work in healthcare!!!!! They were not constantly and not professionally!!! I will never come here again!!!!!

I've been here 2-3 times for lab draws. Short wait time and polite staff. Will go again

Thorough care. Went in for one issue and the PA found an additional unknown to me. Handled both professionally and set up referral as well.

Was supposed to take a rapid test and she says "you already went off my screen" after 10 minutes of waiting and that I have to come another day. She was so rude in saying this.

I usually don't do this, but I have NEVER had ANY ESTABLISHMENT profile me and treat me the way these pharmacy techs on Old Fort did this afternoon!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! So, I called the pharmacy from the parking lot to see if my wife's prescription (which is a controlled substance) was ready for pickup; the lady on the phone says no. Granted, my wife and I both get the same prescriptions, and we have a hard time with keeping with the dates so I figured she was confusing hers for mine. We take them as prescribed so we don't keep up with dates, we just know when our bottle is gone it's time for a refill. Mine is about gone and ready for a refill, and we both get them around the same date, so I assumed if it's not her's, then it must be mine. I go in and talk to the same tech (some young to see if it's mine that's ready. She says no it's not ready until 14th in a snarky voice. Now I'm very confused and, frankly, feeling pretty stupid. As soon as I go to walk away, I hear loud laughing from the techs!! I LITERALLY GET LAUGHED OUT OF THE BUILDING!!!! It is a controlled substance, so I'm guessing they were thinking I was trying to get my wife's prescription early. People try to do it all the time. Why were they LAUGHING at me though?! Are you PROUD because you kept someone (who could very well be going through their own problems) from getting their meds?!? Well, turns out my wife's meds WERE READY for for pickup!! The tech just didn't do her due diligence and actually look through the file!! After I leave and call my wife, she tells me I'm supposed to be getting her other 15 day supply! I go back to the pharmacy and tell them to give me the meds and if they laugh me out of the building again there's gonna be some real problems! I got the meds but I'm still pissed! You can't treat people like that!! Just because someone is getting a controlled substance (one that helps with nerve pain that really shouldn't even be a CS) DOES NOT MEAN they're a shady person!! Thing is, this isn't the first time I've been treated like crap at this pharmacy (like I said, I have a hard time with the dates), it's like, they see/hear what kind of meds you're getting and they start immediately profiling you as "lesser than", and they do the very minimum for you!! And if they did it to me, they probably do it to other recovering addicts who are just trying to do the best they can!! I REALLY hope the managers AND THOSE TECHS read this review!

I went to the Murfreesboro (Old Fort) Walgreens Vanderbilt "walk in" clinic and it was a terrible experience. First, the kiosk to sign in had a sign that said closed and that they would be back at 2:15. It was 4:15. When a lady finally came to talk to us she said we needed to make an appointment online. When asked about "walk in" she said it was walk in but we had to sign up online. Wth?! I then asked how we do that. She said go to the website. No details. She didn't know the website or if it worked in the app. Very unhelpful. Then she said there was an opening at 5:10 but she couldn't put one of us down at that time. We had to do it. What is the point of "walk in?" I went to the websites for Vanderbilt at Walgreens and this location doesn't even show in the list. We later found that the Vanderbilt app where to get an appointment but it didn't see the 5:10. So nothing works. She said we could go to the health department. I asked where that was. She said she didn't know because she isn't from Murfreesboro. No handouts? No one asks these questions? She was completely unprepared. It was a terrible experience.

They just refused my daughter for treatment and she doesn’t even have a cough she has strep throat. I am a nurse and I know what strep throat feels like. These two women refuse to see my daughter. I cannot believe Vanderbilt would encourage this type of practice to refuse sick children. Vanderbilt employees refusing to take care of sick children is a disgrace and they should be ashamed.
