“I want to start by mentioning the parking situation at Uptown Cheapskate Murfreesboro. There are several popular businesses nearby, like Planet Fitness and Farmer’s Family Restaurant, so depending on the time of day, parking can be a bit challenging. I did have to park a little farther away than expected, but it was well worth the walk.
Once inside, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-organized the store was. The clothing was neatly arranged by color and type, which made browsing incredibly easy. This really stood out to me, since many thrift stores tend to mix everything together. I was able to quickly find exactly what I was looking for without feeling overwhelmed.
I came in searching for black dress pants for an upcoming interview and wanted something affordable. I was relieved and excited to find multiple options in my size, all priced at $20 or under. Since I haven’t bought new clothes in a while, being able to try things on was important to me, and I appreciated the availability of several fitting rooms to make sure everything fit just right.
When I was ready to check out, the gentleman at the register was very friendly and rang up my items quickly, making the experience even better. Overall, I had a great visit to Uptown Cheapskate Murfreesboro. If they continue to maintain this welcoming environment, great organization, and affordable pricing, I’ll definitely keep coming back. I highly recommend checking this place out!”

“Could the Murfreesboro Church Street location either remove the clothing size markers or PUT THE SIZES IN THE CORRECT SIZE MARKERS. So frustrating! The only Goodwill in this area that does that.”

“By far the best consignment shop I have ever been to. Last week I got a pair of Tory Burch shoes for $10! I sell all of my lightly used boutique clothes here and always come out with a bag of new things. Angie is a breath of fresh air will tell you honestly how things look on you when you try them on and is a great businesswoman. I have never been disappointed with the clothes I have brought home and everyone always asks me where I shop and I tell them "Angie's attic!! Go there!"”

“An overall nice and clean goodwill location. They’ve got lots of variety of things. It’s like a hit or miss location, sometimes they’ve got greet stuff and sometimes they don’t. You’ve just got to pop in and see what they have from time to time. Very clean inside and the staff was polite and quickly got us checked out and on our way. In a pretty good area too which was nice. There’s a lot of great places to eat around the area too.”

“The ladies that work here are so sweet. They always ask how my day is. They start conversations with you while shopping. My favorite is when they ask if I’d like to round up and when I do, she always says “oh you’re awesome”. Some of the best customer service from a goodwill I’ve ever seen.”
