I love, love this location!!! The consultant Toni was phenomenal she helped me pick all the makeup my daughter needed for color-guard. I was given a list of make-up to purchase and my daughter and I were so lost when we walked through the door. Toni helped us find everything we needed!!! I give this location a 6 star rating!!

WARNING!!!
To any Men shopping for their wives. You will get zero help from the people here. You are better off going to Belks, Nordstroms, Macys etc. Avoid this place if you expect helpful service when shopping for your wife.

Not a fan of this location. The store is a smaller sized ulta with less stock. They are often out of the specific items I am looking for. Online inventory for this location is not correct. The inventory issue may be due to theft. Today I went in and my daughter wanted to look at perfumes. We went to look at perfumes and every tester was locked up. We ended up giving up. At checkout I asked Noa (who was very pleasant) about the testers being locked up. She stated this was due to theft/the testers walking out the door. I asked how people were supposed to smell the testers if they were locked up, and joked about customers having to flag a staff member down to open the case. She said yes. That'd be fine if they had a designated staff member to stand at the perfume cases, but they don't. The entire time I was in the store I only saw staff at the checkouts. The store was busy anf staff was working to move people through the line quickly. The inability to actually smell or purchase perfume here likely is just going to drive sales down. Maybe having the bottles glued to the counter so people could still spray them would be a better option than having them completely inaccessible.

this lady was so nice but lied in my face when I asked for a pair of lashes that was not stocked on the floor, went to the back for like 5 minutes, came back up said I could go to the Smyrna location or wait till next Wednesday. Yet I ordered it 2 mins after our convo for pickup just for them to be ready 10 mins later. Don’t agree to help if your not going to help or are not trained enough to look for an item. Thanks!?

I was in here shopping the other day and there was this cashier, Sydney and she was so rude to other customers. She left the register as I came to check out and didn't come back so I ended up leaving without buying anything

I had a list of things in mind when I went in yesterday, but not really confident in my list. The skin and makeup advisors helped me tremendously! They actually educated me on better products to use and made me feel so welcome. You cannot get the same experience shopping at another store and randomly going down the aisles hoping for the best. This is why I will always return to Ulta for their expertise before making a makeup/skin care purchase!

I had an appointment today at the Ulta in Smyrna! My appointment was at 3:30pm! A stylist checked me in and said it would be just a few minutes. After 15 minutes I asked how much longer. She said not long! After 10 more minutes, no one came to check on me or even apologize. I finally walked out. So I looked online at the Ulta in Murfreesboro and I was so excited to get an appointment for today (the same day)at 6:15pm. The lady was nice and checked me in. The stylist came back only to ask me if it would be alright if she could cut my hair dry because she was with another client and it took longer than expected. I worked my entire day around these hair appointments only to not get it cut at all. It’s been 3 years since I had a haircut. I won’t be going back to either Ulta in the near future.
