I have been working out with Julie for years! I even left to join a gym or do my own programs at home and nothing was ever is good and gave me the results and consistency is working out With Julie. I love the variety of services she has from in-home personal training, in studio fitness classes and online training! There’s a literally everything to fit every need and schedule!

You absolutely will not find better trainers anywhere! They know their stuff and watch you carefully to make sure you have proper form for safety and maximum impact. The workouts are always changing so you are guaranteed to never get bored or plateau. But the best part is the warm, welcoming, and encouraging environment they provide. They really do care about your progress!

What an effective workout in a great and personable exercise facility! The gym was clean and had a great variety of equipment pieces for use. I burned over 600 calories in a hour with my latest workout there. I feel stronger than ever. I look forward to exercising there.

Great trainers! Always willing to help when you need it. Very encouraging. No intimidation from other members, they all encourage each other to succeed. Workouts change so it's never stale. Fun way to workout!

I really enjoy working out with Julie, Harlan, and Dena. I get all the encouragement and competitive benefits of a group setting, but it's small enough to be one-on-one too. I've gotten so much stronger and my cardiovascular endurance has improved too.

I have had an amazing experience with both large group bootcamp sessions and small group sessions. Julie truly wants to know your goals and follows up individually to ensure you reach them. Julie, Harlan, and Dena are phenomenal! I highly recommend it.

T4L is awesome! I have been part of bootcamps with Julie & Harlan for three years and HIGHLY recommend Transformations 4 Life! Each workout is uniquely designed and always keeps me on my toes. I don't think we've ever had the same workout twice, which keeps it interesting and challenging. ANY fitness level can join in as Julie makes modifications suitable for your level of fitness. The group of people are a fun bunch, and we enjoy seeing each other and encouraging one another to push it to the next level. T4L has been a huge part of my health transformation journey.
