I unfortunately waited too long to submit this through Torrid, but I wanted to make sure that Katelyn received a shoutout from me! I had some particularly bad luck where both of my bras broke in a 24 hour period and could not find my size ANYWHERE. Katelyn took the time to help me find my size and make sure that I was comfortable with the offering, and also made sure I was aware I could order online if they weren't what I wanted! She was an excellent associate and made my experience at Torrid even better than it would have been without her. Thank you Katelyn!

My wife and I decided to close our Torrid Credit Card account. We made on online ACH payment in full and asked that it be closed. Later that month we received a notice the account was paid in full and then a few days later another stating it was closed. This month we get a bill for $2.45. It shows the payment we made, prior to the end of the billing cycle, yet it just says we owe $2.45 on a closed account. I tried making a payment and now they say they cannot accept payment from me as the husband. This is odd because it was my checking account I made the payment on to close the account. So, after speaking with a supervisor Mario , ID#4608 he basically said that would not even allow me to pay it off. Furthermore, if it is not paid, the wopping $2.45, they will add a $40 late fee to it. Let's be honest, this is really what this is about, charging my wife for literally nothing. I have the statements showing it was closed as well as one showing it was paid in full. Both of which is actually shown on this latest bill. My wife is a school teacher and they actually expect her to use a sick day to pay a $2.45 bill? They say this is to "keep her account secure". So, they are cool with me closing it and paying it until I discover they are simply trying to just run up her account fees. Please, yall need to remember how these places get you before you opt for one of their "special cards" at the counter. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANIES CREDIT SYSTEM.

I have never been in Torrid until I stepped in with my daughter. She loves this place. It took me about 5 seconds to see why. It is a super clean women's clothing store. They offer trendy outerwear for sizes 10 - plus size, and they have accessories.Staff was not super friendly, at all. We were not greeted when we walked in. Store employee was working at the door closing clothes. That was disheartening.I would visit a Torrid again to shop their clothing.

Katelyn and her associates were extremely helpful in explaining some questions I had. The overall friendliness and genuine attitudes her team exhibits is a breath of fresh air. I have been shopping at this location for years and have always had a wonderful experience! On a side note it is super easy to order and have your items picked up at the store. The staff is amazing everytime that I go in. Always extremely helpful, and just nice!! The last 2 times I've been helped specifically by a woman named Kayla, and she is as sweet as can be. Probably my favorite Torrid location ever.

I really appreciate the ladies who work in this store. I’m a transgender woman and I have a hard time finding clothing that fits and looks good . These ladies not only helped me find a new outfit and shoes that fit but they also treated me like a woman and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or unwanted. I’ll definitely be going back
