Ordered two boxes of sangria from Doordash, and they were out of the product, and I understand that. But they tried to substitute it with bud light beer instead of a differnt wine. Seems like a lack of understanding of product. We called to try and resolve this issue before it got delivered and they guy on the phone was rather rude about it.

Top Shelf liquors is amazing! The owner is the most kind and genuine individual I have ever met. He always remembers myself and my wife. It doesn’t matter if it has been a few days since we have seen him or 8 months since we have been there. I will always give him all of my business. Literally the best customer service I have ever seen!

Adel and his staff provide a great customer experience....during a recent visit Adel was extremely helpful in recommending a fantastic bourbon selection after speaking with me about my preferences. This is now my go to place for spirits and this establishment gets my highest recommendation. I have already begun telling all my local friends to definitely come see Adel and his team at Top Shelf Liquors !!!
