Friendly staff and fast service. Went by there today to sell my 50” Vizio smart tv. They made an offer in line with what I was hoping to get for it. Sold it to them and went on with my day. I will be back if I have other electronics to sell or am looking to buy something they have.

I brought two laptops today for under 200 dollars the woman who helped me was amazing and even found me nice bags to put them in. I will definitely be coming back to shop with them for my other purchases.

This coca-cola cowboy tells me Armani Exchange is not a luxury brand. So I Google " Armani Exchange" and it says Armani Exhange is a luxury brand made by Armani. It's a $150 brand new watch that my ex girlfriend bought me from Dillard's. I don't have the receipt. So I go down the road and get $40 for it. Ignorant!Ignorant!

We went to four other pawn shops, and Toms had the best prices by far. The facility is clean and the staff is great. Highly recommend!

I sold some old and silver and he didn't even know what spot price is. The one dude in the festervhat from gunsmoke acted like I am was gonna rob the place the whole time . Then literally asked a younger man(as it lookef as if he cipul dbarelt trujt on his flip phonez) to look up the prices on F****** eBay. I already knew the . Spot price 63.37. Mr. Ebay said they were selling for 87.85. Then Andy Griffith told me he would give me 55 a gram. All the while having to deal with the clint eastwood 'minorities ruined this countty' attitude. I've never wished fornsoem.one to fall but hope his stupid 'rip off the poor" wrote goes bankeuptnanfnhisnwholemfamoly takes ceaser turns........ Et Tu Brutus ?

Haven't pawned there but I've noticed the passed year they've oddly turned into a foreign JUNK outlet that you cam order the same thing for cheaper on the internet. Prices are WAY WAY to high for the good items like tools and jewelry. What happened to this place ? We will never go back.

I bought a set of brand new subwoofers here and they didn’t work they refused to let me swap them out or refund the money. The worker was SUPER rude and said essentially theyre bigger than me financially and I couldn’t do anything about it. Terrible business! Absolute garbage selection and poorly educated staff with overpriced junk

Highly recommend Toms. I bought my first wedding ring here 12 years ago. I unfortunately lost it at the beginning of this year. I received the same great service today as I did 12 years ago.With the same quality of ring at an AWSOME PRICE.

(Edited since I can’t respond- the 4th day would have been the 21st.. I was in there on the fourth day within two hours of you opening! That is my whole point! 4 days after the 17th was yesterday, correct? Was I not in there yesterday morning to pay on it?I’d love for you to replace the speaker that you guys sold too early, but don’t feel like I should have to pay anymore than what we originally owed you for the speaker. )For the past 8 years, my husband and I have enjoyed coming to Toms because of the decent items and their prices.We have purchased TVS, Xbox’s, Xbox headsets, and jewelry.We have also fallen on hard times here and there and have had to pawn some things as well.. which we now completely regret and will not do ever again.Last Thursday I called and spoke to a gentleman about my loan and asked him if he could hold it until Friday at the absolute latest because sometimes my husband gets paid on Thursday or Friday. He spoke with Tom and and said yes that would be fine, they would just charge me $20 extra. Today is Friday and I come in within two hours of the store being open and much to my surprise, the man working tells me that my item was pulled on Monday, had already been sold, and that there wasn’t even a note in my account to hold the item.I asked Tom if he remembered the conversation and he said he did remember but had noted my account that I would be in Thursday.. which is a mistake his employee made and instead of apologizing, he raised his voice at me and told me that “we just do what you tell us”The original worker even said that there were NO NOTES in the account, so it’s very surprising that Tom would come behind him and say that the item was pulled THIS MORNING and sold within a couple hours of opening? I wholeheartedly believe an employee had their eye on the speaker and the second it hit the shelf, purchased it for themselves.. knowing how expensive it is and how little we borrowed off of it.We would have never let a JBL speaker that cost almost $400 at the time of us purchasing it get lost in pawn over $80!
