The automated text system this company use is flawed I was given a date on when my item we go into forfeit I showed on the date given and was told I was to late that I was suppose to pay by the day before which wasn’t stated in the text. There are no other companies that use and automated system like this that send to you a text of the day after your bill is due.it felt like a way to add extra charges and honestly I feel like I’ve been stolen from
