Chuck was amazing. This was my first time ordering trophies and he was patient, respectful, and attentive. Him and I went back and forth on emails at least 20 times lol He gave me suggestions (as I had no idea what I was doing) and made sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend his store.

Chuck and his staff always go above and beyond to get our trophies done on time and make sure each trophy is done correctly. They labeled each box and made sure each product was packaged correctly to ensure the trophies wouldn't break. We have done multiple orders and are always pleased with the service they provide.

I needed a trophy at the last minute that I could use as a cake topper for my grandson's "Golden Birthday". I called and talked to Chuck - explaining my situation and he was extremely helpful in sending me photos of the items he had in stock that would work for me... I picked the one I wanted and he was able to RUSH ship it to me in WIsconsin it so I could get it in time. PLUS - he engraved it, which I wasn't even expecting! All for less than $20! I would wholeheartedly recommend TL's Trophies and Collectibles for any trophies or awards!
