I went in needing one tire, it was a tire that not many tire shops just keep around. They were able to locate the tire and have it delivered same day, even it being on a Saturday. Seeing that i also needed an oil and transmission oil change they were also able to get that taken care of as well. Staff was fast and friendly! Highly recommend.

Was going to use this place to service all my vehicles.. after an encounter with a disrespectful employee .. I will never use this place again
Left black grease stains on my car and seats. After speaking with the guy he seemed irritated as if I was inconveniencing him for the mess that was left … horrible

I love tire discounters. They have always been excellent with their work, and I love that I never have to wait if I need a quick air fill on my tires. Kevin immediately came to my aid, gave excellent customer service, and even made sure to follow up with telling me to have a blessed day. Anytime I have any issues with my car, I feel confident, knowing this place will be honest and give me a fair price, as they have done in the past for the last six years.

If I could give them a zero I would! This was by far the worst the customer experience that I’ve ever had point blank period. From the moment I walked in I already knew that it was going to be one of those days by the way I was greeted which was very rude! The manager was rude as well and honesty most of the people working there just look like they hated what they were doing! I’m not looking for a lame response after I post this but just do better in the future. Remember you guys need to put the customer first and always have that respect moving forward. Again do better and treat people with respect and dignity when they walk through those doors because they could have went somewhere else??

I've had a lot of issues with wheels and tires in the Nashville area and previously used another location, which could never get things working right. I stopped in this location and the manager John was on top of his game. After many bent rims, major balance issues, blown tires, etc., the first time in they had everything spot on and my ride was as smooth as it was the day I bought it. Thanks to John and his staff for great work!

I had an excellent experience at Tire Discounters on Medical Center Parkway in Murfreesboro, TN. The manager, John Wallan, is absolutely top-notch. He quickly scheduled an appointment for me and provided a detailed quote on new tires. Additionally, he arranged a free Uber ride home and back, which was incredibly convenient.
Despite the place being very busy, John took the time to converse with me, making me feel welcome and at ease. I highly recommend this establishment with five stars. I will definitely be back. Great job, John and crew!

Was out of town and decided to use them to get four tires, oil change & alignment. Almost 3.5 hours to get finished. Said that all my lug nuts had swelled and couldn’t re use them and they had to put new ones on. $60 more dollars. They didn’t even put the correct color lug nuts back on car. Once they were finished, I got on the interstate to go 100 miles back home and noticed there was some kind of humming noise. I called & told them and they told me I could bring it back in tomorrow and they would take a look. No thanks. I’m not driving 100 miles to go through that again. I guess I will have to take my car somewhere locally & pay to have it fixed now.

Came in when the place was empty before my work started and told them I needed a simple tire patch. They told me no problem and it could be done quickly.
After almost making me late for work, i discovered the next day that the tire wasn’t even repaired. I believe they merely filled it up with air and sent me away.
This kind of thing is why nobody has any trust for mechanics anymore.

My splash guard for my car decided to break loose and drag along the highway and I was looking around for any place to see if they can get it off. I met a gentleman named John who was eager to get it off. I really appreciate the help they gave in my time of need.

Bare minimum customer service today. Maybe the staff was just lacking motivation at work today?
