“Mattie was the absolute best! I was traveling from Florida was stranded waiting for a tow for 4 HOURS! “We have been going to this location for years. The staff is ALWAYS SO polite, professional and Jiminy Crickets, they're FAST! I stopped by & ordered my tires the other day & made an appt to put them on a couple days later (due to my schedule, not theirs). My appt was at 10:30 and it's 11:30 now and I'm already back home. I know there are many tire locations (and more going up all the time), but these guys will always have our business!”
“This tire shop is very friendly! I called ahead to make sure they were going to be there. I told him I would get there at his closing time. They said to bring it and they would wait and fix it. They had it off and fixed in less than 15 mins!!! Those guys were working one tire after another even past closing that was posted. You can't beat the price either! Definitely go there if you need a tire fixed”
“It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I still think fondly of the exceptional service provided at Big T’s.
Big T and Terry are sweethearts who helped me out (a traveling out-of-towner). They were able to secure 3 more tires that I needed by the next morning, allowing me to get back on the road safely. The price was beyond reasonable as well.
I won’t forget the conversations I had with Terry, nor the service given to me at Big T’s Wheel and Tire, where they treat you like family ?”

“Had a blowout on the interstate nearby. They had size tires I needed in stock (275/40R20) - not a standard size. They have a policy that if you are there before 6 pm and do not have an appointment, they will work you in. It took hours, but they got it done. They were very busy. Salesman Shawn was helpful and friendly, as were other employees. I do wish they had put my spare tire away in the trunk where it belonged. I guess they wanted to leave and go home.”
“Tom was outstanding. He provided me with a few options to choose from to replace my worn tire and once I decided upon which one, the team took my old tire and got the new tire on my rim. They contacted me when it was all done, so I could go back and have them put the new tire on. The service was great! Effective and efficient and all done on a Friday afternoon. Awesome Job!!”
“THESE GUYS ROCK,This morning, as we (Cleveland High School Robotics Club) traveled from our Hotel to MTSU for a robotics competition witnessed the team’s trailer as it lifted off of the hitch ball and fell to the road.(Thank You Jesus for watching over us and protecting us, it could have been a disaster but the safety chains did their job and kept the trailer from getting loose)(Thank You Jesus, because it could have happened on the highway)AND THANK YOU JESUS cause it happened in front of the Co-Op Tire Store.As I assessed the situation, these guys had already snapped into action with their Forklift, coming to our rescue.They had the part we needed to fix the hitch and in less than 20 minutes we were on our way again.Because of the heat of the moment and us having to get the students to the competition I did not get their names but they know who they are and I just wanted to give them all a HUGE SHOUT-OUT and a BIG THANK YOUKeep up the good work.”

“Bought 7 Michelin tires for our 32 foot motorhome. Was told they would be in Monday and it would take 2 1/2 hours to mount and balance them. We wanted to make sure they were made in 2022. To get the most out of our purchase. My husband said they rode great. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star, is because when we got home we noticed they were made in 26 week of 2021.”
“Service is the best I've seen when it comes to installing tires. Air inflation, and great expertise in the proper balancing of the tires made a big difference in performance of the truck. The Pirelli scorpions fit and look great and took no time to install. The manager made me a lifetime customer and I will certainly go back to this store for tires. Thank you very much !!!”
“I am an over the road owner operator. Experienced a tire issue today. Another driver was talking to me on the cb and referred me to call Kevin @ Best One Tire. Let me tell you, nothing but customer service. Above and beyond! I had to make a delivery prior to arrival at their shop. I kept in contact with Kevin, running after there 430 closing. I pulled in to meet 3 guys waiting with a tire. It was an outside wheel. They never pulled the wheel. They were done mounting before we were done in the office. I have nothing but good to say about these guys. By the way, I'm from Pennsylvania. I want to promote good business people out here. These guys are at the top. I highly recommend calling Kevin.

“I pulled in because my tire light came on after driving through a construction zone and hearing a loud bang. Ryan was wonderful. He got my car in and put it up on the lift. Checked to make sure nothing was damaged. He found a nail in my tire and patched it. They even washed my rims before i left. It was fast and friendly.
