Every transaction I have had at my local UPS store has been perfect. The store employees are knowledgeable and courteous. We rely on the services UPS provides when we need to send packages or when we need to return an item from Amazon.

Edit: owner contacted me the next morning and apologized-said he watched the video footage and corrected the employees. I am very satisfied with his handling of the situation and appreciate his help with this!Probably one of the worst customer experiences. I’ve had a long time today. Went into the UPS store a few minutes ago to return quite a few pieces from a very large Amazon order. Two girls at the front were very obviously annoyed at the work coming in and one in particular, made it very clear with her attitude, and basically just quit speaking to me. I finally said “this is not the highlight of my day either but I’m just doing what I have to do to get these returned correctly”. I had hauled all these boxes by myself to my car -from my car to a cart -in the door on the cart alone which was a struggle , and out of the cart onto the counter , so it wasn’t asking to do any more work than I had already done and was simply following directionsI should qualify, one of the cashiers was very significantly more rude than the other and I understand I’m bringing in work for them.

Had an Amazon return. Ask your associate to use her voice instead of staring at my phone. I finally figured out she wanted the QR code.

Amazon only allows so may options for returns. I used this location for an amazon return. I have never had an issue with returns in the past. So, i threw out my return receipt. Only to get an email from amazon stating that the seller never reveived the item. While, initially since UPS scans the code, to communicate with amazon a return was issued. I received my refund, only to he recharged for the item that i no longer have.

Bad service, After paying for postage and a box, my package needed it tape, I asked nicely to the employee for some tape to share and it was denied it, so I returned home to get it. ?

These People are SHARP!! Great to deal with & know what They're Doing. Very Nice Too. I do My Amazon Returns at this Location. Very Efficient. :-)

Very clean. Staff is friendly. Only thing I saw was that employees shouldn’t eat while checking people out. A younger lady was eating her snack while checking someone out. Unprofessional.

A very disappointing customer service experience two times in a row now store is the most convenient to home but I’ll be taking my business to another one now. Store owner needs to do a better job of training employees on the art of customer service and not giving customers an attitude.
