Like most pack and ship stores, you are at their mercy and have to pay what they charge. This store seems extra greedy. In addition to extraordinary shipping rates, they refuse to actually quote you what the cost breakdown of shipping is. Waste of time, anybody using them to ship from Premier Group Auctions should be aware of this.

Edit: The store owner did reach out to me this morning to discuss the shipping charges and explain to me a long clause in the email that essentially says the $112 charge is an estimate, not a charge. It's still misleading in my opinion, but it's there. I take responsibility for not reading it fully. He did his best to make things right and explain to me what happened and will be refunding an overcharge that happened in some of the shipment details. I appreciate that.$112 (estimate) to ship an item I can mail UPS prepaid label for $30-$40Even after working with me on printing my own label and putting the 24"x24"-4lb-completely flat sign in a flat box (They originally selected a box 32"L x 25"W 7"THICK box) the print your own label fees and shipping charges still came out to be $40.56 +the cost of the label I sent. (Some of this cost is now being refunded to me)The package also sat around for close to two weeks after the auction company dropped it off.So here's what a $40.56 shipping job looks like + a prepaid $30 label. No wrapping of the sign at all inside the box, cheap clear tape that was broken in more than a few spots and could have easily completely fallen apart, and a box that was still 8" too wide and 7" too tall. If you're going to charge a premium for shipping a small item like mine, I expect gold leaf to be on the heavy-duty packing tape you use.Thanks to the few employees who did genuinely try to get me help and lower the cost. I appreciate your help.

This is my favorite UPS store. The people are so nice and ALWAYS so helpful. They make sending packages, buying stamps, getting things laminated and sooo much more an easy process.

Tried to drop off a package, There were customers inside the store, and the door was unlocked, but they refused to take my return package, when all they had to do was scan my QR code and take the package.

Made copies of some old family musings that were over 70 years old. Very, very delicate. Amy took great care with fragile paper and took the time to copy each page individually. Well done.
