Ozzy is amazing and helped me choose new phone for wife, sold/ transferred me into a fast (insane cheap for $40) used Motorola phone as a temporary backup until my new one arrives from T-Mobile.
Hard to find driven good guys in customer service anymore it seems.

They are having a Christmas sale right now that is out of this world. I’m glad I happen to run into it. John explained everything very well and gave comfort to any concerns I had. I’ve never bought a used phone, but I thought I’d give it a shot. Engi also put on my screen protector perfectly. Awesome people.
