Called ahead to confirm a book was in store, said yes. Drove 40 minutes in the rain, the book was never in store. First and last time attempting to shop there. Ordered online first, they refunded me because it wasn't in stock, but showed in store. I was late for my 1st week assignment.

Textbook brokers are very efficient when it comes to the busy first week of classes. They can find specific textbooks with just your schedule and almost always have exactly what you need in stock. The prices are fairly reasonable. Certainly a better deal than Philips Bookstore on campus and the service is exceptional.

I’ve gone here for my books since my freshman year in college and overall they have been super nice. The staff is cool but this year when I went to pick up my books that I ordered online for in-store pickup, my books were wrapped in really bad shape. Instead of my books being handed to me wrapped and flat in a normal book shape mine were wrapped in which they were bent in multiple ways so that sucks.
