SUMMARY of experience:Imagine you needed a large pizza for a party, paying the full price in advance. However, when the pizza arrives, it's smaller than what you expected. The pizza shop not only provided a smaller pizza, but they also refused to compensate you for the difference in size. You paid for a certain amount of pizza, but they didn't deliver what you paid for and denied any reimbursement.REVIEW:I am deeply disappointed with services provided by TN Sign Company for my recent order, and we have reservations about engaging in any future business with them. Despite encountering a friendly team and visiting a well-presented shop, my overall experience was tarnished by issues of capitalism that raise serious concerns regarding their professionalism and probity.My primary concern relates to TN Sign Company's pricing strategy. We were gouged an unexpectedly high rate of $0.78/sticker for a rush order of 7,000 3" x 3" stickers, which far exceeds prevailing market rates. When we discovered the actual dimensions of our order averaged at 2.618" by 3.0139", we requested reimbursement to reflect the accurate size. Regrettably, TN Sign Company flatly refused accommodating our request, citing their inability to access the designs before production - thus justifying their need to average the size for pricing purposes. This unwillingness to appropriately adjust the price based on the actual size raises significant doubts about their flexibility and customer-centric approach. After math on "dimensions charged for" vs. reality of dimensions, our business was overcharged and denied a $669 reimbursement on our $5,425 purchase. While they accommodated our quote when we were unable to provide the remaining designs within the time-frame, they displayed a steadfast refusal to reimburse us for the actual sizes paid for, communicating in an unwavering and inflexible tone. It's difficult to comprehend why a business cannot modify a numerical value post-transaction for a customer.Moreover, the stickers received from TN Sign Company emitted a noticeable and unpleasant odor. This is deeply concerning as it reflects poorly on the quality of the manufacturing process. Such an olfactory concern not only diminishes the overall appeal of the stickers but also raises questions about the company's commitment to delivering products of satisfactory quality.Furthermore, I endured another issue relating to TN Sign Co's packaging method, which inexplicably involves the use of rubber bands. Regrettably, this packaging approach resulted in significant damage to stickers, including creases and bends, rendering them un-sellable.It is important to note that TN Sign Company did manage to produce a high-quality signage banner for us at the going market rate. We were pleased with that particular order, and it demonstrated their capability to deliver satisfactory results.Evaluating these issues, I find it exceedingly difficult to wholeheartedly endorse TN Sign Company. The opportunistic pricing strategy, coupled with the unpleasant sticker odor and the subpar packaging method damaging our products, overshadows any positive aspects such as the presence of a superb team in a well-organized shop.To exemplify their attempt to capitalize on our situation: the owner quoted an unjustifiably high delivery fee of $800, despite their shop being only 34 minutes away from our requested delivery location. This is a clear indication they prioritize their own profits over customer satisfaction. They did not genuinely accommodate our budget, yet maxed out our privately disclosed limitation. Potential customers, be aware of these issues and carefully consider your options.We are calling this exactly as it is.We went into this business transaction trusting the owner we shook hands with at a BNI meeting. In the end, the actual team at TN Sign Co who fulfilled the order did a superb job; yet the head of the snake flawlessly executed overcharging without yield to a now-lost customer who intended to invest in TN Sign Co with

I highly recommend Tennessee Sign Company. As an advertising company that specializes in outdoor, attention-grabbing signage for retailers, we were in need of a signage partner in Tennessee that could execute a time sensitive installation and TN Sign Co came thru big time! I used TN Sign Co to do some vinyl signage on some doors. They are reasonably priced. Fast, and courteous with outstanding communication. The end result looks great! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing vinyl signs!
