Another 1 star review added to the list.Website claims buy here pay here, apparently they only offer that fromFebruary to March because of tax time. Only willing to finance the cheap vehicles and wouldn't do a 22k vehicle with 6k cash down.Tried saying Tennessee regulates the amount of time they can finance a vehicle..

After looking for months and months for a reliable, practical and economical car for my daughter (first car) we finally found it with TAB. They worked with my budget and I couldn’t be more grateful! The owner took real good care of us! She made sure the car was ready for my daughter and even adding a couple “extras” to the vehicle that she did not have to do! This was a totally smooth and easy experience, they were beyond helpful in every aspect. I was coming from Kentucky to look at the car and really had no idea what to expect. The car was everything and more than I expected. The purchasing of the vehicle was quick and efficient. If I am ever in need of another vehicle, I will look to them first.

Typical used car shyster tactics. I took the vehicle for a test drive and liked it enough to come back and take it in for a buyer's inspection. On the way to the inspection the engine light came on (which means that it was cleared out at some point in an attempt to hide any fault codes). To make a long story short, I took hours out of my day and paid hundreds of dollars for an inspection on a vehicle that I never made an offer on because it had so many problems. Consider yourself warned if you decide to do business with them.

My husband and I just purchased a car for our son from TN Auto Brokers, LLC, Murfreesboro, TN. We returned to them after searching 15-20 other local used vehicle dealers and are very glad we did. The service we received from Katy Walker was impressive. She greeted us with enthusiasm and a listening ear as we described what we were looking for. She immediately showed us several vehicles that were within our budget and met our criteria including mileage, make, features, etc. We were impressed with the inventory and how competitive they were with other dealers with regard to prices. Katy knew great detail about each vehicle by memory and was polite and professional as we shopped and throughout the buying process. Horrible customer service. Called them up about a Hyundai Sonata that was in their lot, specifically said that I would be coming to see the car later that day.
