I have a lot if issues with this store. The main one though, is why the hell are you shutting down the self checkout at night? What genius thought this was a good idea? It would be fine if you had 3-4 people running cash registers, but it's one person. So then, you have a line of 15 plus people and it takes forever to get out. Is the management of this store purposely trying to do a bad job? I can't fathom why in the world you want to make it harder on your customers and your employees! I recommend people going to Walmart where you can at least get in and out in a timely fashion. This is just ridiculous!

Former lead Maria from Starbucks has outstanding service. She does amazing work for everything and everyone each time I come in. Even when there is extremely busy days, I can see the amount of hard work this woman puts in each time I am there. Good Job to this Woman. I have noticed FAKE reviews on this person that are by all means not true and she is absolutely stunning with her performance. She would never treat anyone with disrespect nor do such things that I had seen or read in these reviews. They are disgraceful and someone is out to get her. Thank you for Maria for your service!

I came to target through the starbucks and i had ordered a frappe and she gave me a refresher and i told the Lady maria and she refused to fix it even though i had the receipt. She then proceeded to walk away and yell at the employees about me. If i could report and have her fired i would. Please do something about this.

Target the store was amazing itself. I found beautiful products for my home as I was leaving the store I stopped and got a Starbucks drink an employee Maria was being a rude to me the entire time I was asking simple questions and she was just being rude. Poor customer service poor service.

This target is lovely except for their Starbucks employee named Maria . While I was getting my Starbucks order for 1 she takes my order while on the phone.. and while she’s on the phone she’s talking about how a girl she does like was just in “her” line and how she went in the back and spit in her drink Before her whip cream ??? Then I placed my order and she gave me the wrong drink and I politely ask for the correct drink and she she picks her phone back up and told me someone will be right with me .very disgusting if I might say . Poor service poor customer care . And very unprofessional .

I love target, but this one could be better…especially certain staff members. I just wanted to know if this item that was “in stock” online was actually in stock because I couldn’t find it and some women, I believe her name was Mary? Maria? not sure was SO RUDE me and my sister were dumbfounded of the way she acted towards us. Needless to say I will be going to the target in Smyrna for now on!

My trip would’ve been great if when I asked for help I was actually helped. But evidently that’s too much to ask. I was shopping when I needed help find something on the aisle and I asked “Maria” to help me find what I was looking for and she gave me a nasty look and told me I could “find it myself”. Truly hard to believe such a wonderful location is hiring horrible associates. Target do better.

Online pickup is fine, but we went in on Saturday, Dec 30th and the place was WIPED OUT. Any aisles that happened to have products in them had them thrown all over the floor. The bathrooms were pretty gross, and during checkout, our cashier mentioned 12 people called out... maybe it was just a bad day on a holiday weekend?
