Issac is the best! I stopped by for an upgrade and he was answering all the questions I had, and was even able to help me find promotions that I wasn't aware I was eligible for! The rest of the staff were also helping other customers and everyone seemed to provide a great experience!

I went to this location and had a great experience. Issac and Mo were very helpful. I told them my budget and they gave me different options to choose from. They were very informative and patient with me as I asked many questions. I would definitely recommend this location in Murfreesboro. Great customer service!

People lemme tell you about my best friends!!!!!! I have had a rough week with this here cellular device of mine and was turned away on 12/18 at the medical center location and told that there was nothing they could do for me and to call tech support. So I called tech support and and they sent me to the location on south rutherford blvd and there I initially met Kenneth who was a huge help and very polite. I went home and still experienced some of the same issues and went back the next evening and agin Kenneth was a huge help and he was just as polite and kind. On Thursday 12/21 when my phone arrived I had the pleasure of meeting Mo and Dominique who were very helpful and super informative. Finally I got a working phone and Sim car that stayed on the network even when I drove away from Wi-Fi. Even though they were slammed with customers they made me feel noticed and that my issue was a priority. I know this store may not be a favorite because of location but it was definitely worth the time I spent and would recommend this location to all my friends and family. Just met the rudest black lady in my LIFE that worked for the TMobile store at this location. VERY rude, did NOT want to help me or do her basic job responsibilities. I was eligible for an upgrade. Did not want to tell me the prices or could get for my upgrade. Extremely disrespectful and lazy. Will definitely be changing services based solely on her lack of care and attitude. Very unprofessional. Go anywhere else but here. If this is the type of people TMobile hires, get your phone service through someone else. Pathetic

I made a mistake here !!Definitely should have stayed at my old provider .I'll be returning, I was told things before sign up that didn't happen, and my bill is 2x more than what I paid before

I am a disabled senior citizen and went to T-mobile to purchase a new phone and plan.While the manager of this store was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful, I did have 2 main issues.First, there is no seating anywhere except for 2 benches at the back of the store. Those are somewhat near the counter, which is tall, but not one stool was available even though I asked. I really can't stand for any more than a few minutes as it causes a great deal of pain.Of course, buying a new phone and plan takes time; I was there for a couple of hours. Thank goodness there is a Dunking Donuts next door! Since there was no where to sit near the counter, I had to sit on the bench.This leads me to the second issue.Despite my telling the manager numerous times that I am very hard-of-hearing, he was so soft spoken I could not hear a word he said. Anyone who is hard-of-hearing knows how upsetting, annoying and frustrating it is to have to strain to hear someone who will not speak louder despite being asked numerous times. Of course, then that person often becomes upset with me for asking to repeat everything. Thank goodness my husband was with me because he finally had to repeat everything for me.This circles back to the lack of seating. Since I could only sit on the bench, everytime the manager asked me a question from the counter, I had to grab my cane, get up, go over there and then ask him to repeat himself.I understand that there were issues that prevented him from coming over to me and I did not mind doing that, but when he asked me things such as to repeat my phone number or something like that, I feel it would have been much better customer service for him to speak loud enough for me to hear him or simply walk over to the bench and tell me what he needed to say.I realize this does not reflect on the knowledgeable, professionalism side, but it does seem that the customer courtesy needs improvement.I wrote this for anyone like myself who needs a little extra help so you know what to expect at this particular store.

Kristin was very kind and friendlly when I came in. She helped me to the best of her ability until my paper license wasn't accepted and she couldn't go further. Carlos, the manager, took over from there. He truly went out of his way to assist me and help me get a phone within my budget. Although they were extremely busy, Carlos took care of my phone needs and transferring all my information over. I feel that the entire store is very well ran, clean, and neat. Thank you Kristin and Carlos for being so friendly and for your great customer service skills! It was well worth the switch from Verizon to T-Mobile because of yall's kindness and patience.

Request anyone but Carlos. To elaborate on my experience, I went into the store to purchase a device. Carlos didn't give me time to browse as he suggested that I should come to him at the counter to get checked in on his tablet( that was mobile), so I did. We spoke about the additional line that he added to my line last year under the false pretense of a promotion.. He advised that I should purchase my device from some place else and that I should call 611 to have the line removed. Normally after a visit to store I receive a survey to my phone but I didn't. I like to report good customer service when I can. But I suspect that Carlos removed that feature from my account. I have assisted Carlos with conflict resolution in the past concerning another customer. He is most definitely dishonest. People want the truth of what they are signing up for and paying for. He could benefit from customer service,conflict resolution and customer retention training. I have been a customer since 2007 and don't want the hassle of starting new service elsewhere but Carlos opened my eyes to see that there are other affordable services/phones from other carriers that may treat me with respect and that may better accommodate my 6 lines.
