Can't say enough about this place, it's very well maintained, the climate control where I got the unit was very cool, the lady which I interacted with has a beautiful soul, with every word she spoke, she had a smile on her face. Storage is great to get in and out easily. Climate control is great, however the staff that have answered last couple of times I’ve called very rude and unprofessional. The staff is the reason I left!

kim made my very first experience here so wonderful, she was extremely helpful and kind! she walked me through all documents and showed me my unit and made sure everything was in working order so i could get moved in as quickly as the same day !

I can’t say enough amazing nice things on the staff Lori and Mark. They are the dream team and are absolutely through, detailed, and highly professional with explaining all on the storage rental. They took great care of my son who attends MTSU. From start to finish was so smooth for us. Look no further if in need of a reputable storage facility. They will have us as new clients next 4 years. ?

We are so glad we chose this facility for storage. We were going to use different company, but at the last minute, we decided to take a look at Store place storage.
So glad we did Laura was absolutely fabulous to work with very professional and knowledgeable she goes above and beyond her duty to help you out I would highly recommend this facility super clean and awesome people can’t get any better than that!

We had such a great experience with Terry. She was so informative and the facility itself was so clean and inviting. We are so happy to have a safe place to store our belongings! If you ever consider a storage facility this is the place to go! Not to mention the great prices!

Every one was extremely nice. I showed after hours because I did not read the email correctly but I was still helped and got my unit. They showed me were my unit was and even gave me and the people helping me a water. This is the third storage place that I've been to and none of them come close to StorPlace. Lori was great very informative and helpful. Thank you.
