Bill, store manager I believe, was extremely helpful and friendly helping me find exactly what I needed and the location. He showed me units and made the leasing process pretty much effortless. Appreciate that!

Moved from a CubeSmart facility, which has horrendous customer service and abusive rate increases. StorPlace is by far better customer service, fair pricing and extremely clean. I am very pleased with their professional staff. Bill was extremely helpful and friendly.

Bill was very accommodating and helpful. The storage units are clean and convenient to access. Being able to call the actual location vs having a call center made all the difference. I'd use StorPlace again, working with them was so easy!
