Bad Experience with this storage facility location. My family rented three units. We found large problems with rodents (rats) and there was no food in our units to draw them. The rats even chewed through heavy gauge totes. I told management about the issue. My problem seemed minor to what other things have happened in these units. We stored just household items but found the clean up from the rats a bit much. The ceilings and spaces beside the units' walls, close to the ground, allow for easy access to animals. It was also difficult to get our deposit back on the units because employees did not have the knowledge to close out our units. That took three trips back to final get that done. The prices charged are competitive but the clean up needed for your items stored is a whole different matter. Our three storage units were all located in different buildings.

Large Rat Problem. My family rented three units. We did not store anything that was edible. We found rats had even clawed their way through a heavy gauge plastic tote. These are the totes costing $20 each at Lowes. The clean up from the rats was huge. When I told their employee about it, his response was he had heard a lot worse. The units are built with spaces between the units that allow for the rats to have easy access. They can even get into the ceiling as was seen in one of my units. It was also a problem getting our leases closed out. We had to come back three different times because the employees were unfamiliar with the computer system used to cancel the lease.
