You said you'd deliver on Tuesday. Then you said you'd deliver on Wednesday. OK, stuff happens. Then you sent an email that offered to let me track the offer. Unfortunately, that link leads to a main page that has nothing to do with tracking.I don't think you're ready for prime time just yet. Maybe practice a little more and actually test what your IT people do. Right now, they aren't hitting on all cylinders.

The store had exactly what I wanted and someone came to me and asked if I was finding what I needed and he helped me go right to it. He and the checkout person were very helpful explaining what the purchased extra care was and how it could be helpful. I was so appreciative because I was very frustrated after going to Best Buy to buy this printer and having so many employees act like they didn’t see me. I asked for help with the printer I wanted and was told someone would be right there. 20 minutes later, I found someone else who was standing and looking on his phone. He looked for another 5 minutes or so, came back and said he needed to check one more place and disappeared. After another 5 or so minutes, I just left. I’m glad I went to Staples.
