This has been some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I brought my bow to be fixed on 9/18. 6 weeks later of going in the store to follow up on the status of my bow mutiple times and "no one being available for bows" and calling in mutiple times. I finally got told that my replacement parts were never even ordered. I've spoke with the store manager and I was told they don't know what is going on and I could try somewhere else after waiting 2 months. Last I was told to come in and "try again". I just need the parts ordered because I was told I can't order these myself and had to be through the store. I'm now going to miss bow season and nobody at this store seems to care to help me with this. I'll be sure to cancel my rewards membership and never shop here again.

First time your store's dropped the ball what a cluster mess..a better word... no help here Wednesday at 1550... you had a ton of wading sock but no one knew what happend to them... not everyone needs waders thaks... I guess have to drive to bass pro from here out... somebody in management here dropped the ball..... and to think I used to drive 2 hours in chattanooga.. but a store by me new and not even able to answer where they were..plus no employees..poor guy at check out had no clue..I saw 2 employees there today... ruined a trip for tomorrow and tothink I was gonna buy waders..yes they were moved but not organized together..

Good selection of ammo and ok guns. The gun counter staff are typically lazy and rude. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes trying to see a gun and all 3 of the staff ignored me even when I tried to get their attention. Sometimes they are helpful but usually not.

Everything you need in sporting goods. Great people. I bought a expensive fishing reel. Asked department manager if I could have them load the line on my new reel. He was fussy, said no one was working that could do it? Hmmmm what about him? I didn’t push the issue. Went home and loaded my own reel.

We get all our hunting stuff here, best w bows and if u order ur arrows off their site, they will cut them for free. Even if u didn't tha prices are amazing $1 each to cut what heck yes. Never packed or too many ppl.

Decent place to shop. Selection was ok. Staff was very friendly. The store was extremely clean. Pricing seems to be higher than other options but I’ve seen that with several Sportsman’s Warehouses across the U.S.

I did business for the first time with these guys about two years ago. Purchased a hard to come by rifle, an AR online. I was impressed with the response time to pick up my order, excited to say the very least. Drove from Nashville, did my background check got my rifle and went home. Flawlessly I might add. I purchased two handguns and a shotgun from different dealers however, never a problem getting what I paid for. I said that to bring everything up to date. I purchased a handgun online for what I believed to be an excellent price for the brand gun I chose. This was June 3rd 2023. I went to store to pick up my new pistol, did required background check, and low and behold I was denied, not delayed, denied. My mind is blown because I know it has to be a mistake. The department manager hands me an appeal form , says you can fill this out. I must say this however, I made purchases for different items since the rifle two years ago, but I have to say the guys at the the desk aren't going to win any personality contest at all. Slow to get waited on and generally not very friendly. Mind you I'm not at the store to make friends, invite them to my house for dinner or out for a beer. Just want to be treated like a paying customer who just happens to be BLACK, yeah I said it, what can I say. Anyway, I fill out and fax the appeal the same day. I haven't had anything change from my first gun purchases years prior. I'm a senior citizen so I didn't wait all this time to become a criminal. The only information that has changed from my previous background, is that I'm a few years older. I realize it's now a TBI thing, so I'm checking their website, it says 15 days to at least to research your history. Meanwhile, I'm restless, I call the store and I'm told they will send you a letter, just sort of blew me off. Called yesterday was told still don't have a reply, offered to give me numbers I could call, I got all the websites and numbers for TBI I can handle. I take it upon myself to call the TBI, not expecting much, but the gentleman looked it up and told me my denial was overturned. Great, but I shouldn't have been denied at first. But that's water under the bridge. Can't wait to get to Murfreesboro today. Oh yeah, talked to TBI last night it was two hours or so before store was to close. Got to the store today around 9:25 right after opening. Was told they still hadn't received the necessary paperwork to release the weapon to me. Showed them on TBI instant check website where it said overturned. Wasn't good enough. The manager guy comes back and tells me the person (boss) who has the power and authority to open said needed email was off and probably hasn't opened his email. Why is the only person who has access to the email off in a store that's open seven days a week. Important email concerning a paying customer's coming from a seven day a week law enforcement agency . Sounds sort of stupid to say the least. His solution was, get this, I sent him an email asking him to open his email. What! News flash, HE'S NOT OPENING HIS EMAIL. I'm not budging until he wakes up, has his coffee and reads HIS EMAIL. Iend up calling customer service to find out what's really going on. Two hours later 11:30, they bring my purchase and necessary paperwork out. His response, sorry you had to wait so long, but I finally CALLED HIM and got a hold of him. Totally unacceptable, he could have been called from the beginning. But in all reality someone at work on the clock where the purchase is being handled should be able to access this information. Not someone who's off relaxing away from the job. Oh yeah I called the TBI from the store and he spoke with an employee and told him that the overturned info is sent out automatically once overturned is put in the system. So it's been there since last night, and I still had to be humiliated like someone begging not buying. It was undoubtedly undeniably most unpleasant experience I have ever had with

A guy I follow on YouTube did a video from his local store in Alaska recently and it looked amazing. It was so large, much like a sports version of a Sam's Club or Costco. I looked up my nearest store and found this one just an hour away. It was not at all like I was expecting... This store was very different from it's Alaska counterpart. It is nothing like a Sam's club, etc. There was nothing on sale and prices were not at all discounted. The selection was rather limited.

Stopped in for the first time today. Found a knife I wanted. The guy behind the counter got a new one in the box and walked it to the register. The register person rang it up and it came to $10.00 more than the price marked.I went to the back of the store and took a photo of the knife with the price attached. Returned to the front of the store and showed the register guy the price. He told me it was not the same knife as the photo had picked up some brown tones in the photo. It was the same knife.I don’t need a knife so bad that I need to tolerate this level of incompetence, so I left.Check your prices when shopping here.See no reason to return.To top it off I have found the same knife at a lower price on Amazon. So I don’t need to waste two gallons of gas driving miles and miles to the store.

A great place to stock up on outdoor gear. Their prices are very competitive...and they price match other retailers. Their selection of tackle and Firearms is very good and their sales provide great deals. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus, it's right next to home goods stores, so the wife can shop while I look around sporting goods. Just make sure to set up a rewards account to start earning cash back.

Counter staff was very helpful yesterday and kept their cool while a very rude man was complaining. They even offered to replace his gun for him but he was mad that he would have to redo his background check. ??♀️. This is the law. I’ll never understand the ignorance of people and how they take it out on retail employees.
