I was greeted as soon as I came into the door. Kent was so patient with showing me all the different bed styles. Kent was also knowledgeable about all the mattresses and accessories. Sheila was also very helpful. She asked me what type of music I like to listen to while I shopped around. She also kept my son occupied also while I concentrated on which mattress was right for me. I recommend them both.

Sheila and Kent are amazing people. My family and I lost everything in a house fire a few months ago, so we needed 4 beds. We went to Sleep Outfitters for our master, a king adjustable something, we just didn't know what feel we wanted. Kent was thorough in his explanations and patient with us. He is extremely mindful of budget and neither of them will try to up sell you. In doing our due diligence, my husband and I went to the sleep number store a few days later and, after bed #2, knew exactly what we wanted, and it was NOT the sleep number. Our daughter and I went back to Sleep Outfitters yesterday and worked with Sheila. That's when we started asking about less expensive, still great quality beds for our kids. Ms. Sheila helped us choose a twin for our 8 year old that we were able to leave the store with, and got the other 3 beds and frames on order after my husband and son met us there for our son to make his selection. We are beyond thrilled and so grateful for their honesty and options. They helped us narrow down our choices and reminded us through the process that if there is one thing we don't like in a mattress, move on to the next. Sheila helped us choose mattress protectors and, at the end, gave us a referral code for when we recommend them to someone, so we all benefit! We will definitely be back when the need arises, again.
