Walked around the store for 10 min, not 1 employee spoke to me or asked if I needed any help (which I did). 2 girls at the back of the store were too busy gossiping with each other to stop and even acknowledge there was a customer in their store! I was looking to replace all my current makeup with something new, but I will take my business elsewhere.

No one asked me if I needed help. Which I did. I asked for help, and they looked at me like I was crazy. So I just went elsewhere.

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter has super fair skin so finding the the right color on our own would have been quite difficult.

I went in there today and was going to get a lash service. The girl assisting me told me I would be next after the appointment that was being done which should take 1 hour so I said okay so I went to books a million. When I came back the lady that was supposed to do it was fixing to start on someone else and was going to break after that one which would be another hour. The girl said that assisted me earlier somehow that appointment did not show for the one getting serviced now. She told me I could go to Ulta.

Good in-store selection of products. Staff were very helpful when I was looking for a product. Store is clean.

I was just in this Sephora today . The store manager with the bob haircut is rude ! She made me feel like I was being watched and I’m pretty sure spent the whole time asking all the store employees to watch me all because I opened the bottom drawer looking for a product…if you have been to this location then you know the shelves are NEVER stocked . She immediately in snarky way told me next time I need help “to ask for assistance and some will assist me and look for me” . It’s a much nicer way to tell people to stay out of the bottom .Well maybe if your employees helped then I wouldn’t need to look . Wow , what a horrible to treat a Rouge member. Horrible attitude. Won’t be back to this location as long as she is running things !

This Sephora is nothing less of a disappointment. Upon receiving threatening and harassing messages from an employee in the store I chose to go into the store and handle it accordingly with management. To my dismay, the employee approached me by not only threatening me, but physically trying to assault me. The entire team did NOTHING about the situation and allowed their employee to continue working at the establishment after their employee tried and attempted to physically assault a customer at Sephora. Moreover, blaming the customer for bringing the issue into the store out of severe concern for my safety as a shopper and customer.I am extremely disappointed and traumatized from the event and after reaching out to all appropriate channels nothing they did nothing as well.

This store seems to have hit or miss reviews and that’s because that’s the level of service you can expect. Some are nice and some are plain rude and the chances that they’ll actual have the product you need are just as shaky… Today, once again the shelves are bare but the drawers aren’t…. Having been told all these years to check the drawers if we don’t see what we want, we did just that. An Angry Lady steps over and basically chastises my adult daughter in front of every one in the store that the drawers are “for personnel only.” Truth is if your Personal would use the drawers and stock the shelves, I wouldn’t have to do it myself. Without regard to what the actual policy is, “slapping my daughters hand” was rude and uncalled for. In the future, just offer to help get what she needs. She nor I will ever set foot in that store again. Send your staff to customer service training. It’s always about how you chose to handle a situation that matters.

I haven't been into a Sephora in years because I do most of my shopping online. However, I purchased some new products that I was a bit impatient to wait for, so I decided to do an in store pick up. I came in right when the opened and I was greeted and helped as soon as I entered the store! Great customer service!

I recently went into this store with a TALL order! I was seeking out a lot of products, and Natalie greeted me at the door, saw my list, and personally hand-selected all the products for me and even carried the basket! Talk about customer service! I was very grateful for her helpfulness, and expertise in knowledge of the items I wanted and were debating on. The store is very neat and tidy, and the Sephora employees were all very kind! Overall an excellent shopping experience, and I can’t wait to come back!

I had an a question about Nars makeup that I bought in Columbia. 12/28/22 around Noon. The person at the door was nice, (the 2 stars are for her ONLY) the worker behind the counter cut me off mid-sentence with “you’re going to have to return this to Kohls/Sephora store”. Ok. I was planning on doing that but was going to purchase what I needed at this store; Rude lady, I’ll gladly NOT spend a penny there. Give me my $hit, & I will go where my money is appreciated. I drove to Hendersonville, they were helpful and I ended up buying more than I had planned on.

Rating this based off a single personnel. Will update if I need to go back. I knew what I wanted coming in the store and asked this guy if they carried a Bobbi Brown. Unfortunately they just stopped selling this brand and asked for a close substitute. His unfriendly face and short condescending response sent me a message that I was bothering him and I that I was too stupid to even approach him. Very condescending. Never felt less of a human. Unfortunately, he rang me out. Never said a word or a smile. No “thank you” or “have a great day” as if he was just so ready to leave or get rid of me.

If a competitor doesn't have it, Sephora will. Every time. I have since crowned myself an informal Sephora spokesperson after realizing that I was wasting time hoping for certain products to come back to certain competitor stores. Girl code didn't even obligate the women to secretly tell me where to find what I was looking for! Instead, they suggested inferior substitutes at their inferior store. Bye bye competitor store. It's Sephora for me. The ambience, the choices, no pressure, and I love to see how one employee dresses and decorates themselves; hint hint, you know I'm talking about YOU at the Avenue mall.
