Terrible service. I had a timeframe between 8AM-12PM. The tech called me at 12:04PM to tell me that he was delayed by 2-3 hours. This was only after I called the main number to inquire about my appointment.Another tech showed up in my work parking lot around 10AM, but couldn't help me. I inquired with him about my appointment. He told me my job was reassigned and the tech should have called first thing in the morningI attempted to reschedule my appointment. They couldn't rebook for another two weeks, but I might be able to get an appointment sooner if I brought my truck to their location. However, they couldn't tell me where their location was located. While I was talking, the scheduler on the phone told me bye and hung up. I was very polite the entire time.I'm extremely disappointed in this company, especially given how much they charge for repairs.

I had the windshield replaced on my BMW and as I'm going down the road I noticed the auto wipers weren't working and suddenly my entire review mirror fell off while I was driving. I contacted Safelite and they didn't even act concerned. They said they couldn't fix it for another 8 days! I'm stuck with no rearview mirror for a week because they don't care. I do not recommend them! Horrible customer service and half a$$ job!

This place is absolutely horrible!They messed up my dash putting the windshield. Probably because the technicians aren't qualified.They are supposed to fix my dash.Because the replacement is the entire dash, which is costly.....they don't seem to want to pay it.This happened mid April and it's almost July. I wish I had read all of the reviews before I let my insurance company send me here.

I called to get a new windshield for my Ford F-150, they priced it to me and booked my appointment for a week out. When they show up with my windshield, it was an aftermarket and it had these silver looking strips between the glass! I rejected and told them my concerns, they reorder me another windshield and another week later they show back up. They brought me another after Market again!!! I almost took it but I shouldn't pay that much for aftermarket!!! I came in and called Lawrence Glass, not only did I get the correct windshield but they got me in the next day!!! Plus, I saved $72.43 by going with Lawrence Glass! So, if you are like me and believe in still being treated right by a company and that your word is important, give Lawrence Glass a call!

I just drove 45 mins to get here and bc of an accident on the freeway, I was 16 mins late. I was driving at the top safe speed to get here and could barely see through the crack. When I walked in the lady at the desk was on the phone. She finally got off and told me they have a strict 15 min policy and they would have to reschedule me. All of a sudden fear hit me like a brick knowing I would have to do this drive two more times. I can't see through the crack. The tears welled up and she went to get the lead technician. I explained I was afraid to drive bc I can't see!!! He scolded me and told me he knew for a fact I was later than 16 mins. The thing is, life 360 has me clocked in at 16 mins late. So I have proof I was not lying! They are incredibly rude and need some help w customer service and compassion. I had to come here bc of insurance but AVOID if you can!!!!

Kelsey was great. She called and notified me of her ETA day of my appointment and kept me informed via text throughout the install. She provided great service. Very pleased with my new windshield. Thanks Kelsey!!

Four times over the last two months they called to say my part was in and the day of the appointment they called and said it wasn’t in. Once they even had my car for a couple hours before telling me they didn’t have the part. Extremely frustrating, and unprofessional.

Left my door open all day, left a huge mess in my car, stains in my seat, and trim hanging down reinstalled improperly. Couldn't believe what I saw. This location needs to be closed.

Took. My 95 Impala SS up there to have the windshield replaced a few weeks ago and they went as far as removing my windshield discovered very little surface rust and then told me they could not do my repair because of the surface rushed and then I was refer to them by a shop in the Murfreesboro Town square that they told me that fixes this type of issue all the time and then this person totally told me no and that they don't do this type of repair. They didn't proceeded to leave my car outside on a rainy day with just plastic over the windshield. My car is valued at over 20 thousand dollars. Luckily I found another shop across town that was able to do the repair with no problem and fixed the surface rust and I mean very little service rust in the channel of the windshield for no extra cost. I believe if they are going to have issues with doing work on older cars then they should completely refuse to work instead of having me or having people bring their cars up there just so they can be further damaged by Safelite and had no remorse. I believe it was totally unprofessional and I will leave a zero star if it was possible. Did I mention that I had to tow my car in the rain with no windshield because of them don't go there

The appointment was very easy to make and we also went through our insurance on the website. They were really easy to work with, had fantastic communication, treated my truck with care and the job was beautifully done. Absolutely recommend.

***Update*** 2/17/2023They promptly got me back in and replaced the glass with the Acura OEM glass they had promised they would get. Everything appears now to be corrected. Heads-Up Display is straight and not blurry, no warp in the glass at the driver's sight-line. I cannot give them 5 stars since it took nearly three months to get to this point. Original Review: These people are clowns. I needed the glass replaced in my 2021 Acura MDX due to a crack from a rock. I filed the claim through Safelite for simplicity, and they had me in within about a week and I thought all was well. When I got in the vehicle I noticed the heads-up-display was tilted on the glass which made it distorted as though it was moving away from me. I went back in, and after going back and forth they agreed that there was an issue, and we received permission from my insurance for OEM glass. Safelite advised they ordered it, but after 2 weeks later I called corporate and found out they had not ordered the glass. 3 weeks later they said they had the glass, and scheduled me for an appointment. I arrived at the appointment nd they took my vehicle back. After only about 20 minutes they pulled the vehicle up front and said they only needed to do an adjustment. I got back in the vehicle to check, and it had the exact same issue I brought it back for. I told them that this was not acceptable, as the OEM glass was ordered and is supposed to be there. They took the vehicle back a second time and after 30 minutes told me they needed an additional part. I have now been dealing with their complete incompetence for nearly 3 months now. I would stay away from this business at all costs.

Awful place do not waste your time and money going here. My windshield now rattles. I’ve taken it in twice to be looked at manager was supposed to be call me back never has. I paid out of pocket and now I can’t stand driving car. Would rather have my giant crack back than listen to this awful noise. Terrible company

This place is a dumpster fire. Do not use them at all cost. I have wasted three days trying to get them to replace my windshield on my 2022 Ford Bronco. They waited until the day of to tell me the windshield delivered was broken. The second time they waited until the day of to tell me they needed my Vin number from my vehicle. This placed is filled with incompetent workers and management.

SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN!!! I went to the Murfreesboro location with a small chip looking for a repair at 3:30. They called me asking if I could bring my truck in sooner because they don’t have any vehicles scheduled. I was at work and couldn’t get there until my scheduled appointment time 3:30. The technician, Will M., barley glanced at the chip for a second and said “we can’t fix it”. I said I hope this isn’t just an end-of-the-day response. He said he could see if someone in the back would be willing to fix it. They took my truck back and brought it back in less than a minute with a 2ft crack from my hood to the center of my windshield. The technician said this happens sometimes but there is nothing we can do. I went to talk to the front desk, Jamie B. She laughed that my windshield cracked and said “oh well”. I was frustrated but didn’t want a broken windshield with my traveling for work. I asked how much a new windshield was and she said “ it’s however much your deductible is. If it’s $500 then it will be $500. For a new windshield fixed on-site at a location is $500? She immediately said, “you can go somewhere else, you don’t have to fix it here. Just go somewhere else”.I was absolutely willing to pay that amount to fix the windshield anyways but Jaimie B. Continued to be rude and kept demanding me to go elsewhere. This place was extremely unprofessional and broke my windshield because it was the end of their workday and they didn’t want to be bothered at the end of their day. The technician said “we don’t close until 7 so you aren’t the last car” when their website clearly states they close at 5. They were not helpful and with their empty parking lot, decided they were done for the day. Everyone who holds a job in this country understands to keep that job you need to behave professionally and with concern. However, the employees at this location could care less about anyone as long as they don’t interrupt their day of laying around. I have never delt with the disrespect this location offers as costumer service.
