Sam's Club is a warehouse club offering exceptional values on a wide range of superior products and services, including groceries, pharmacy, optical, home furnishings, office supplies, and TVs. Members appreciate the ability to buy items in bulk, which saves money, and some enjoy convenient home delivery. The club also features a cafe and BBQ sauce praised for its flavor. However, the experience can be inconsistent. While some employees are highlighted as very respectful, nice, and professional—providing great service with a positive attitude—others can come off as rude or inattentive. Wait times are a common concern, with long lines at the cafe, member services, and even during exit using scan & go. Member services' electronic devices rarely work. Stock issues are noted, with many usual items out of stock. Checkout can be frustrating, with registers sometimes closed despite available employees, leaving only self-checkout options. Despite these drawbacks, members value the savings and variety and plan on returning.
Def not Costco. At least not as bad as BJs. Minimal product sample stations. Don't advertise the cafe as open to close but stop cooking30min early to try and be cleaning 15min prior.

A very good place to buy all the family needs, including clothes, shoes, kitchen tools, vegetables, meat, fruits, medicine, etc., at very good prices.
