Made an appointment with one person and then had to use someone else named Chris, not a big deal since I'd never been. Paid over $100 for a "spiral perm" and have less curl now then when I got it. My children swore I spent my birthday money on something else than what I was supposed too? Definitely felt like I flushed the money?
