The person managing and running this place is a CROOK. While she would expect you to live up to the contract you sign, she does not. Our family rented from her and when we emptied out she charged our bank card one more time. When confronted the first time, she was all apologetic but the refund never came by way of bank nor by way of check through the mail. She was contacted at least once more in the following week or two. Time went by and we contacted her again. She Immediately knew of the issue when mentioned and stated she would swing by a particular location and refund the money personally. You Guessed Right!! She NEVER showed and to this day, after 6 months has still not refunded the money. Called her today to tell her to be a stand up business owner and do the RIGHT THING. She has the contact info and address to easily refund our $85.00.Crooks should be in jail.

Horrible! Manager is hypocritical and rude and just heartless! Owner is just oblivious and uninterested in what happens. They do things to bully people and think they can get away with it! It's a **** shame that a place went so far downhill after it became privately owned. Even a couple of MPD officers said the way its being ran its a shady business now. I would highly recommend going somewhere else for your storage needs!!

It's a pretty adequate storage unit place. The price is comparable to others in town like it. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't seem very secure around the outside & there is no one on site to manage it.

The Units are very reasonable and the people who work there very friendly and very professional they should be employees of the year. The units are always clean I've seen a lot of units elsewhere. these are far most the cleanest and very very reasonably affordable I would tell anyone who is looking for a storage unit this would be the place to go !! ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘
