I have been shopping with Saffire for years now. You cannot convince me to go anywhere else. The staff are very educated, patient, and kind. The store is always very clean and cozy, I always feel like I’m right at home here. If you are looking for a loyal vape shop, stop by Saffire! They’ve never let me down! I will always keep coming back for their hospitality and their blue sweet tart flavor vape juice!

This location is a very clean and organized with a great selection just like the Nashville location I visited. The employees are nice and very knowledgeable of products they carry. They have a rewards program for customers to earn free product as well. Plus it doesn't cost anything to sign up!
Pricing is good and like anything else you get what you pay for. I definitely recommend their Perfect gummies they carry. They are GOOD! Anyhoo hope this helps others as myself that value great customer service and good product whatever you may use.

My advice? DONT GO HERE! I bought a Geek Vape 1 from here and it just up and stopped working. They exchanged it because it was under warranty and I got a new one. The new one started to act like it was dead and it stopped working. No matter how long I charged it, it would act like it was dead. I brought it back in because it was under warranty and explained this to the sales person. She took it into the back then brought it back to me and told me that she wouldn't "process this because the device is fully functional". Somehow this woman doesn't understand what fully functional means. I explained to her again that it is not hitting and she interrupted me and told me that it was dead and that I needed to charge it. She told me to come back tomorrow to speak to her manager. Lol I had just ubered up there and would have to uber back home. Im going to another vape shop to buy a new vape. Ill be in touch with her manager tomorrow. This employee was EXTREMELY rude and doesn't listen.

Terrible kratom selection and expensive. Shouldn't bother selling it if they only have a small shelf all maeng da. Delta 8 and thco are also very expensive ?

New to the Murfreesboro area... Came to this vape shop got new battery and a Delta 8 Kart but either my batterie don't work or something wrong with the Delta 8 Kart can't enjoy what I paid for because it does not work so I went back got new battery still nothing

I found Saffire after changing from cigarettes to vaping; a friend brought me there as it was her favorite store. I've been a customer for over three years now. I hate having to go anywhere else, and rarely do/only when there's no choice. Katy knows me by name and is a fantastic manager. Bridgette has been a super helpful employee and never steers me wrong. All the employees have been nothing but great to me; they've earned my business. Staff turnover is super low it seems as I've only seen a couple new employees there in three years; they've obviously stayed and speaks to how the company treats their staff. Their Saffire brand flavors are my favorite by far, and the only thing I typically buy; when my favorite of favorites got discontinued these guys called every store in the area and got ALL they could if that flavor just for me!! They made sure I got all the points on those discounted/discontinued bottles too! Above and beyond, best staff, and fantastic store. 10 stars!!

I went to this store yesterday to get 1 pre-roll of Delta 8, they charged me $20 for that 1 pre-roll (over priced) and that wasn't even the worst part, I get to my car and light the pre-roll is was OVERWHELMED by the odor, it smelled 100% like bug spray. It was terrible. For anyone who would like to purchase Delta 8 or HHC please DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! There is a store called 'Serenity' that is only a few minutes away and they charge $10 for a pre-roll and it smells really good and natural. GO TO SERENITY FOR HEMP, DO NOT GO TO SAFFIRE!

Sold me two expired carts and once I brought that to the workers attention she told me they do not keep track of that and would not let me exchange them or get a refund. What kind of business practice is it to sell expired product and then blame the customer?????? There are a million other vape shops with Delta 8/CBD products and I would encourage everyone to make this place their very last choice. Me on the other hand, even if this was the last option I would just go without.

On Saturday afternoon my husband went to this vape store to get a coil for his new ecig. The girl behind the counter sold him a 2 pack. When he got home, he found out that the coils did not fit. On Sunday he went back to either exchange the coils for the right ones, or to get a refund. The two women behind the counter refused to refund his money. He was very upset being that first, they did not have the knowledge to sell him the correct product, and second, they refused to refund the money. He let them know as he was walking out how wrong it was and did say it was "********** The two girls immediately jumped up from their chairs and started yelling at him, cussing at him, and telling him to get out. He returned the insults and left the store and the "wrong" coils on the counter. It is becoming obvious with each passing year that customer service is truly dead in most stores and within most business. Anger and hostility rules these days. Providing customers with competent product knowledge and treating them with respect seems to no longer exist. It's truly unbelievable that the owner of this store is fine with his employees cussing out customers simply for asking for their money back on a product they sold him, a product they should have known without a doubt would either work or not for his device. If my husband would have had his phone out filming the disgraceful behavior of these two young girls it would have quickly gone viral on social media. I called to talk to the manager about the incident the next day and she said, "Look, I don't want to argue about $12. Come back in and I will give you the refund." She never once apologized for how the two employees behaved. Didn't even address it. So, apparently the manager feels having aggressively rude employees is fine and just the new norm of commerce now. If you have any self respect, do yourself a favor and do not give this store your business. Community Vapor is right up the road and both the owner, Ken, and all of his employees are wonderful. They treat every customer with respect and will never refuse you a refund, especially if they sell you the wrong product. Listen folks, this kind of behavior will never change as long as we allow it to happen. There are many stores everywhere you look. Spend your money at the ones who actually treat you with respect. Saffire Vapor is 100% not one of them.
