Shonna knows her stuff and has had me on the Pilates Reformer which I LOVE and affectionately call the Terminator! ?. You can’t go wrong with this very knowledgeable and compassionate trainer! She meets you where you are and encourages you to be better.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Shonna and Revive Personal Fitness. With just a handful of sessions a week, she has totally changed my life. I have always wanted to workout but have always been too uncomfortable with the idea of going to a gym- I have no idea what I'm doing and wouldn't even know where to begin! Shonna has made me feel totally comfortable from day one, always encouraging me to push myself further and making every session a blast! I can be having the worst day but if I have a training session with Shonna- my day is suddenly the best day ever. I always leave smiling and feeling better. My wife and I started as clients of Shonna almost a year ago and it has been such a great experience! She is so very knowledgeable and caring and has helped us build a great foundation of physical well being. With that foundation in place, she has continued to challenge us more. What I enjoy most is that Shonna explains the reasons why we are doing a certain exercise and how it will help. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Training with Shonna is her studio has been great! I really love that it's a private setting.....just me and my trainer. My sessions are fun and always vary. I know how very important strength training is but I have to admit that I don't really enjoy it. However, Shonna makes my sessions fun! She pushes me to go beyond my comfort level and yet I don't feel intimidated or threatened in any way. I've lost pounds and inches, gained strength, endurance, balance and have become more toned. She always ready to help me with nutritional advice or any other matters related to health and fitness. Shonna is a warm, friendly person and she really cares about her clients and their well being. I wouldn't be where I am today if not for her help and guidance. I really look forward to my sessions!
