Being a "serial" renter (please don't judge me on my "packrat" weakness), I have been exposed to many storage facilities and staffs throughout the southeast and beyond. Most of the facilities that I have utilized were acceptable but average. The staff that worked at those facilities generally mirror the quality of the facility. Average facility: average staff.
Now, enter Tom Johnson, Manager at Red Carpet Self Storage in Murfreesboro, TN. He was a customer focused manager with a can-do, positive attitude from the moment I entered the building. Botton line, he is an excellent manager overseeing an excellent facility. I was so impressed with Tom and RCSS that I went and got my stuff from another storage facility in the area (and incurred the expense) to move into RCSS. Here we are several years later, and I have never regretted that move. Wonderful manager, wonderful facility. What more could any packrat ask for?
Now, I'm off to the next consignment store or estate sale.

After being treated horribly by a different storage facility after being a loyal customer for 9 years, Tom welcomed me to their wonderful establishment with proper respect. 5 star facility all the around from the units to the conference room you can reserve. Just wow! Truly Red carpet!

This is a high quality storage facility at very reasonable costs. It's very clean and easy to access all units. It's run really well by the manager Tom who is very conscientious and service oriented! My movers from Chicago were very impressed that they could pull a 59 foot trailer around the facility with ease! I highly recommend this storage facility!

This place is very clean. The manager is very nice and knowledgeable. I was able to move in and out of my storage with no issues. Lots of security and elevators make moving easy. 10/10 recommend!
