Normally a great visit when i go, but recently went up there at 1:30 am, and was rudely told i was not aloud to purchase anything until 3 am. i understand that there’s nothing you can do if the computers are off, but why are the hours listed as 24/7 if i can’t purchase anything 24/7. The woman who helped me was very rude and not helpful. Very disappointed.

this location always closes from lack of employees they say but will have 2 employees there when saying they are closed plan on them being closed by 9pm every night.

Stopped at this location for lunch with the kids. We had the Buffalo Ranch Chicken pizza. A very nice lady by the name of Jen made it. It was excellent, she was very professional and helpful. The service here is great.

I have been going to this location since it has opened. My family and I love their breakfast pizza and have been getting it for years. I have always been able to ask to add sausage to the pizza without any issue before. I go in this morning and try to order the pizza the same way I always have. The lady in store told me I can only get the pizza the way it comes on the menu. I told her I have always done this. She stated that everyone was wrong and shouldn't have done that. I advised her I had worked for Racetrac previously and that hadn't ever been an issue. She told me I probably just did that for myself due to working there and took a strong stand that she was not going to add the sausage and asked if I still want the pizza. Is Racetrac really backing this policy and poor customer service? Are they really worried about 50 cents or a dollar worth of sausage? I love their pizza and crust, but I will have to ask myself if I want to continue to purchase from a business with this type of service and lack of taking care of the customer.

Great gas station in the boro

Although a very well put together gas station, they lack a major sense of fair employment. If you need a snack, gas or anything else then this is definitely the place to go, they have lots of food options which make up for the lack of honesty. While applying here if you need a job, be aware that even if you get offered a part time position or full time, they will toss out your name in the list of applicants if you don't suck up. If I could give the review no stars, I would do so.This is a opinion, and only that, but regarding everything just look out for something else to do as a job, they hardly seem to care about people who need employment.
