I stay here regularly and have never had a problem but this trip my room stank like mold and mildew, an obvious sign and scent of possible black mold. Room 218 carpet was also filthy. I bought these socks today at the local Ross and wore them in the room only. Js wear flip flops in the room here. The carpets are very dirty. You really have to spend $200 a night to get a clean hotel room in Murfreesboro

We had an overnight stay. We liked the location, the spacious room, and the nice staff. Breakfast variety was good too. We would come back!

The young lady that checked me in was extremely rude. As I am a choice employee and work the front desk. On vacation with my wife and kids.. The first room we had the air condition leaked and soaked the entire floor.. she gave me rags and said you can move in the morning... The guy the next morning was extremely kind and helpful and we got an amazing room... The breakfast attendant was upset that people were going to breakfast at 8:45.
The police were there with a car boxed in at the front door the second day we got there.
Overall really clean building but some of the staff could use some PR skills

We checked into this hotel on a whim when traveling 21 hrs. The check in was easy, they welcomed our dogs with open arms and the rooms were beautiful. Very clean, the shower was awesome, 2 shower heads that massage your body, and 2 fluffy, comfy pillows. The price was super low. This was the best hotel experience we have ever had and we have stayed in a lot of hotels. I’d give this hotel a 100 stars!!! Enjoy!
Rooms: Very clean you can eat off the floor! Super affordable for how well maintained the hotel is. And PET FRIENDLY!!!!
Noteworthy details: The breakfast was awesome and the coffee hot & strong! Loved it

Hotel is dingy but the staff is very good. I paid a discount price of 70 dollars. The room was so mildew and damp that is was hard to sleep. I see there are conflicting reviews about rooms online so I imagine it depends on if you are getting a discount room or not. Only one kinda of sketchy group but mostly older people staying there. No parties or loud noises/music etc. Very nice staff that made accommodations for my family. Literally every worker I encountered was smiling and friendly. Would it stay there again? No. Would I stay there again if i needed to only spend 70 bucks? ...maybe...
Over all positive. If the room was nicer I'd give 5 stars because the staff was so great. Also they have a waffle making station that my kid liked.

I would appear at the room was not cleaned at all. There was baby toys left in it on the pullout couch. There was old sheets. Thermostat and the actual room did not work Luckily we did not find any bedbugs in the room, but I would not recommend staying here again. NOT WORTH THE 200 DOLLARS

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! Whoever wrote a good review for this place either got some type of compensation or got a specially cleaned on demand room. The lobby and hallways leading up to your room smell amazing and feel clean like a magic carpet ride to your room. Then as soon as you open that door, welcome to the MOTEL room you might as welled stayed at. And if you need a shower, be prepared to take a low pressured, blistering cold shower, because there was no hot water in the room. Nothing smelled clean. Breakfast was not even worth staying for. If your traveling with kids, Do Not bring them into this nasty place. When you book this online, it says no cancellations or refunds for a reason.
Rooms: Pictures sell these rooms so well. Think of cigarette infused bedsheets when you look at them.
Noteworthy details: Blistering cold shower. Past Hair of other guests. Mint wrappers scattered. Moist carpets.

First of all this place doesn’t deserve the negative reviews that it has! Hotel was clean, quiet and a nice place to rest my head for the night. Everyone there is super kind and helpful, very genuine staff! I would like to thank Brandy at the front desk especially for being such a kind and helpful lady during our stay. Brandy showed us excellent customer and gained my respect and trust for sure. Quality inn rocks and I’m glad I got to stay with you during my time! Screw the haters, stay at quality inn!
Rooms: Clean and had a hairdryer which was helpful! Also a fridge and microwave. Loved all the outlets to charge my devices.

Odd layout of rooms and smelled like smoke. Weed and cigarettes but the price is cheap so you get what you pay for. Breakfast was decent but no freezer in rooms as described. Room pictures are not what you actually get either. This hotel motel looks nicer than it actually is.

Skip this location and hotel. I booked a room on one of their third party sites for the night and when I arriaved at the hotel I was told I did not have a reservation. After checking I found out they set it up for the incorrect date. I asked them to chage it or credit me and they refused. The location is not very good.

They want the room rate plus a $100 deposit, and the hotel is one of the worst places i have ever stayed at.

Wow this hotel is immaculate, beautiful, stunning, flawless, upscale fancy, luxurious, and gorgeous but the location it's in isn't. I was so shocked that it was located in this type of area. I sooooo enjoyed my stay here and hated to leave. I strongly recommend anyone to come here and "enjoy YOU" too for you won't ever regret it.
Rooms: Very spacious, fancy, beautiful and artistic too.

We booked this room through a third party site that listed the dog fee as $15. Upon arrival the front desk told us it would be $50. I showed them the listing from the booking site at $15 and they would not honor the listed price. Very misleading. Additionally, a few of our towels were dirty with some sort of gray slime on them. We always stay in Murfreesboro on our drives from IL to GA. There are other hotels in this area in the same price range with better service and in the same price range. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
