I went to Quality Furniture and was met by some wonderful people who helped with my furniture needs... They are very reasonable and the atmosphere was pleasant... The furniture I chose meets all my expectations, and I will be back soon to get my bedroom and dining sets...I recommend this store above any other just because the staff took the time to answer my needs and not theres...Wish I could have gave more than 5 stars

We went to this store because we wanted to have king hickory's sofa. We bought it at the furniture store in NC. We have it for about 10 years. The cushion is still very sturdy compared to another sofa that we bought from very popular interior shop. I did not want to buy our sofa or chair without sitting on it, it is nice that they have several sofas in their store so we could check the style and how we feel when we sit on it. Since what we wanted to have are a custom made sofa and chair, we needed their help. Julie was very helpful to find what we want. The fabric samples they have was the same as we saw in the huge furniture store in NC. It took 8 weeks until it was built at the factory ( we were told when we ordered so I am OK.) Once they receive the sofa and chair from the manufacturer, delivery was very fast and smooth. It is worth the time. I am very satisfied. Thank you!

Overpriced, old looking, "grandma's couch" kind of furniture. Not to mention my wife overheard them say to not give a catalogue to us because we "probably couldn't afford it anyway." That's how you lose a sale and get a bad review at the same time. Congratulations

Friendly people in the store; however, in less than a year I am ready for something new because the couch just is not comfortable and is already worn out. The delivery people were not very careful with it, so it's hard to say if it was the delivery people, the construction of the couch, or a combination of both.

Poor customer service in general. Once acknowledged after walking around for at least 25 minutes, I inquired about a couch I was very interested in. I asked the brunette lady if it could be customized to be a sofa vs. a sectional, and she "went to check" for me. She comes back and proceeds to tell me that it couldn't be, the only option was with the right arm chaise (not available in a right arm/left arm). This didn't seem accurate to me as the display couch was a modular configuration and had 6 separate pieces. As soon as I left, I was able to find this couch online with the information provided on the back of the tag, and it indeed could be customized like I had asked. There are 7 pieces available for customization. I'm sure she just wanted to sell me the couch in the showroom versus custom ordering what I wanted, however, if you can't be honest with me, I'm not giving you my business.

QUALITY FURNITURE – WARNING.We purchased a Kincaid custom sofa November 3, 2022 from Quality Furniture of Murfreesboro. Knowing it was custom we understood it could take 6-8 weeks from point of order as the contract stated. We contacted Quality Furniture January 9, 2023.The salesperson said she would check and return our call. Nope. January 16, 2023 we called again. She said it would be here the end of February. February came and went.On March 28, 2023 we wrote an e-mail to request a discount on the sofa because we’d been waiting for over 16 weeks. No response on the e-mail so we hand delivered a hard copy and asked to speak to the owner. Called again April 3, 2023 and were told the owner was not in yet. Finally the owner returned our call but refused to discount the sofa or cancel the order and refund the deposit. Finally, the sofa was delivered on April 20, 2023.Each time we, the CUSTOMER had to initiate the conversation. Never once did Quality Furniture contact us to let us know the status of our purchase. Talking to the salesperson and owner of Quality Furniture was a waste of time. The manger did try at the end to make things right but the owner didn’t approve it. 24 WEEKS! It took 24 weeks to receive the sofa! Although we like our sofa we do not recommend Quality Furniture due to the lack of customer communication, empathy, and customer service.

I came in after a bad experience with another furniture company, so I was hoping that the service here would be better. I am glad I stopped in. They showed me options for what I was looking for specifically and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were very nice. Although they didn't have what I wanted exactly, the service experience was great. If you are in the market for furniture, I would recommend this as one of your shopping destinations.
