Jim is amazing to work with. We had some issues with our mattress (not the fault of the store. We just didn't like it) and we had a damaged bed rail (again, not the store's fault) we were frustrated as it costs a lot of money for furniture and we had the mattress replaced and also they replaced the bed rails. The 2nd set we received for the bed rails also came damaged. It made us again, very frustrated as we needed our bed to work as we spent a LOT of money on these items. Jim did his best to make everything work out for us. We will definitely come back for our future furniture needs and will specifically ask for him. HE knows his stuff and is very friendly.

Delivered as promised. Furniture was in good shape no obvious flaws. Set up went quickly with no issues. Delivery personnel were polite and move the furniture carefully.

If you are looking for an unprofessional and disorganized company to purchase furniture from, this is the place. I initially worked with a helpful salesman who, within a week of my order, was no longer employed by the company. I had to call twice more to complete my purchase with another associate.
I was told the lead time was about four weeks, but we are now at week twelve. After they delivered half of my order, I discovered a hole in the cushion. The purchasing manager asked me to text photos to a specific number, which I did immediately. After a week without a response, I called back and was informed she never received my text. When I sent a follow-up, she claimed she missed the first message.
Two weeks later, I called for an update and was told the furniture had been delivered to the store the previous week. However, when I called to schedule delivery, the manager said they had not received my furniture. She then claimed no truck had arrived but would contact the manufacturer and call me back. That was three weeks ago.
In today's interaction, the manager claimed she had never spoken with me and hung up when I asked questions. When I called back, she asked where I was from, which is irrelevant to my inquiry about the furniture I paid for. She promised to call me back by 6 PM tonight with an update, but I am not optimistic.
If you value professionalism and timely service, I advise against purchasing from this company.

I have been trying to get resolution on my dining table and chairs for four months now. They don’t want to replace my damaged items because they said they are not covered under the premium elite warranty I purchased. I disagree. The wording makes it very clear to me that it is covered. I filed a claim with the BBB and now they won’t take my calls, return my messages or resolve my issue. I am disgusted at the way this has been handled and I will never do business here again nor will I advise anyone else to.

Beware keep an eye out. We had a power reclining couch delivered and payed an extra $199 for set up. The head piece on one of the recliners didn't work. They ordered a new recliner piece. 5 weeks later they came back with the piece but it wasn't needed. The first moving crew had the wires plugged in wrong. It works now.
