If you are a female. BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE!!! And don't pay attention if they respond to this review, THEY DON'T CARE to put it lightly, and I'm being nice. Look at the lowest reviews and BELIEVE IT! And NO I don't want to discuss it further so don't even try it Precision crooks. I will NEVER be back.

As much as I used to love this place, it’s just not the same anymore. The man that used to work the front desk that had excellent customer service is no longer there and it’s been downhill from there.
Everytime I come here for an oil change, they have one person doing them and are backed up for hours on end. Don’t send out a million coupons if you don’t have anyone able to perform the service.
I’ve also been quoted here $1,800 to have something fixed that was “definitely cracked”. Had it checked by my brother who’s a mechanic out of state and it’s 100% not cracked at all and was a completely different issue.

Management & staff are friendly professional & work in a timely manner.

The mechanics at Precision are very knowledgeable and are reasonably priced. I've taken my car there twice, and my daughter just had the alternator replaced last week. It was finished the same day. Although I'm not touting that others will experience this, I am that they get it finished in a timely manner.

They told me it would take about 2 hours to get my oil change because they were busy and only had 2 mechanics. I decided to wait because they always do a good job. 45 minutes later they were finished with my oil change and I was on my way.

I've used this shop a a handful of times and every time has always been a great experience. They are honest guys and reasonably priced. Plus I'd rather support a small local business than a corporation any day. #shoplocal

Went in for an oil change. The service was prompt comprehensive. Gave recommendations that were not mere opportunities to run up the amount of the ticket (i.e. windshield wiper blades replacement) but actually appropriate for the mileage of the vehicle. All of my expectations for a fairly routine car service was met.
