We went to try one of their famous milk shakes today!! Amazing so delicious!! Tasty Table is doing the Soda Shoppe for them now. Chicken salad & Egg salad sandwiches were delicious. Laura’s team does a great job!! The Write Impression provides the Gift Shop now. Everything in it is beautiful just like their original store on the square. Compounding pharmacy is available again. Medical equipment items are available. All your pharmacy needs in one place & more. So glad they are open again!!!”
“Update: Sam's store CX called and resolved these issues for and I greatly appreciate it. It's their third party delivery that has been dropping the ball on these.
Their delivery is terrible! Twice I've been disappointed. The first time, the lady was unloading everything at my neighbor's and luckily I was outside to tell her that it's my order. She forgot the sugar completely. The second delivery, they left the food outside in 96 degree weather, with meat, and didn't bother to ring the doorbell so I can take it inside. They also forgot my sugar AGAIN, refunded it for no reason when that was the main reason I ordered. Called them, no answer. Went to the CX chat, they offered me a gift card for the driver tip instead of refund.”
“I wish I could bottle up this "Mills Family Pharmacy goodness" and take it with me everywhere! I switched to Mills from Walgreens (on Hwy 99/New Salem) about a year ago after a series of incredibly awful experiences & it's the best thing our family ever did. It's a longer drive, BUT THIS LOCAL GOODNESS IS SO WORTH IT... I never regret going there. I thought a smaller "home town" pharmacy would be more expensive, but most of the time... IT'S LESS OR THE SAME! And they do compounding, so the custom scripts are always available! They are kind - respectful - compassionate - helpful beyond words. Honestly, just WINNING at life, business, healthcare & customer service! I won't get started on how amazing & cute their gift shop is. The only "half-complaint" is it's location off of Church St./Hwy 231. However, I would endure the insanity of Church St. any day, because of the top -level experience they always provide. Maybe they should teach these other pharmacies "how to pharmacy" - LOL. Just make the switch to Mills, you won't ever look back & you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner. So thankful to have this local family run business right here in Murfreesboro!”

Ryan went above and beyond to fill my prescriptions on the very day that another Walmart pharmacy told me they were out of my medication and I would have to wait 6 days for the new supply to arrive. “Convenient entry and exit. Love the savings at the pump with my Kroger plus card, easy to acquire instore, even if you don't shop there, but also well stocked, yummy deli items, great meat and seafood selections, not available everywhere‼️ In my opinion, the only setback to the fuel center is they have NO available restroom, FOR THE PUBLIC, who spend in excess of $50 for a full up, in excess of $100 if you buy cigarettes, and take advantage of the phone card offers? Sorry, but a gas station should offer a public restroom for customers❣ just my opinion ?”

“I have been a customer of CVS on se broad for about 7 years and never once in that 7 yrs have I felt my needs were not met or concerned that they didn't know what they were doing The pharmacist Rachel and Darla are the most knowledgeable pharmacist I have ever met and they have the biggest heart and make you feel like family!!!! The techs every single one of them always have a smile for me and an answer to my question and have never once mad me feel like they didn't care!!!! I truly believe this team deserves a raise they work harder then any other pharmacy I have ever seen to meet our needs in every way!!!! I love going to see them and enjoy their company they make me feel like family and CVS is extremely lucky to have this team on their crew!!!! Thanks you guys for everything you do!!!! CVS should be more grateful to you guys as well!!!!”
“Service is the best I've seen when it comes to installing tires. Air inflation, and great expertise in the proper balancing of the tires made a big difference in performance of the truck. The Pirelli scorpions fit and look great and took no time to install. The manager made me a lifetime customer and I will certainly go back to this store for tires. Thank you very much !!!”

“This is a good Sam's Club location. I can definitely say it's better than the one in Antioch (trash in their parking lot), and is comparable to the one in Franklin. As you already know the parking lot is huge, and there's plenty of spaces available all year. There is a concern when it gets busy, especially on a sunny weekend or the week of a holiday. It has a gas station. What I like about this Sam's is that the gas prices are the lowest in the area. As for other areas, I use many of the services they offer. There is the tire shop, the TV section, the Membership desk, Groceries, and the gas station. The tire shop is pretty good. I've ordered tires and a couple of batteries. I like their service because of the warranty offered. I had a battery go bad within the standard warranty period, and Sam's honored the manufacturer's warranty. I'm talking about one week before the end of warranty. AMAZING! This is for both batteries and tires! Then I bought a couple of flat screens on sale. The price was so low, I bought two of them! Yada, yada, service. I can't comment on the smiling bit, but many times I don't see if they are forcing their smiles or not. In my opinion, I'm not paying for their smiles. I go to the Sam's for the bulk purchases, and good deals. If the employee smiles, it's just icing on the cake. Now to the part I don't like. I don't like it when they let their trash pile up at the gas station. At the end of their shifts, I saw the attendant use a shopping cart to carry all of the trash out there. How do I know if the cart, I'm using, was used to carry the trash? This was also the case at the cafe area. They let the trash overflow. Sometimes there's not enough workers to take the trash out and replace the trash bag. Ugh! Another thing in the cafe, the ratio of syrup to water is really low. This is what they do to "save" money. Yet the soda really just tastes like colored water. Bleh! In summary, they are good in most of their services. I like their tire shop, the groceries, gas-station, and electronics. They are lacking in their sanitation and some things in their cafe. But for the most part, I like this location.”
“The staff is externally friendly and helpful every time I come in, which unfortunately is often. They always have a smile on their faces, eager to help in any way needed along with the everyday task of filling and ringing up the prescriptions. The only negative thing is having to remind them about my discount cards that are suppose to be on file every time I pick up those RXs. I’m sure it’s not the people’s fault, systems software could use that tweak.”
