I took my dog here to get a bath and haircut. Me and the groomer had a very detailed talk about how I wanted my dogs haircut. I left my dog there and 6 hours later they call me to come pick him up. I arrive to pick him up and his haircut is nothing like we previously discussed. I was in such shock I just took my dog and left. I will have to shave him tomorrow to fix his aweful haircut. I will be taking him back to Petsmart for grooming for now on

Maddi performed an excellent job on Ntabo! When I arrived to pick him up, I was pleasantly surprised to see how handsome my Yorkipoo looked. Her expertise is truly remarkable, and I would gladly travel 30 miles from Nashville again for her services. You can't miss with Maddi??

The customer service is good, and they offer a comprehensive range of pet food. However, their selection of bowls, beds, and other accessories is somewhat lacking for the price. Here's a tip: download the app and always compare in-store prices to the online ones.

The website says the store is open until 8pm, but clearly that is not true. I arrived at 7:53pm and the door was already locked. 3 employees were standing near the door and saw me walk up to it, yet did nothing. I needed ONE item. I would have been in and out well before 8pm as I am respectful and understanding of employees wanting to go home. However, locking the door Before the advertised closing time is super frustrating!!

This store has gone down a bit. Items on display were picked-through and what remained was disorganized. In times past, this store was kept neat-as-a-pin and well stocked. What happened?
