Patrick and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. Patrick is a responsive and clear communicator. He helped me understand a variety of options when purchasing my home by providing details in writing for me to consider. My rate was competitive and I was able to make a decision about what type of loan I needed with confidence. I closed on the selling and buying of homes in one day with no hiccups or setbacks. Once an offer was accepted on my previous home, we wanted to close quickly, and that was no problem for Patrick's team. Paperwork and documentation were easy to complete with almost all prep for the closing day managed electronically. Patrick's team, especially Jennifer, was persistent in ensuring that all stakeholders had what they needed for a smooth closing. I highly reccomend Patrick and his team to help with a new home purchase, and should I move again, I'll definately be a return customer.
