I have been here many times but my last two visits were TRASH my recent visit on Thursday evening was horrible I went in looking for the 50% off sale and I was greeted with attitude notifying me they close in 15 minutes! And then I asked to look at rings and the manger pointed at the glass with our offering to take it out for me. I then asked to purchased a ring and they just gave me a ring with a bag or box. They very very RUDE and unpleasant for absolutely no reason

I was interested in a ring from here. I call to make sure it’s sold at this location and they had exactly what I was looking for. I told them I was on my way to come pick it up. We arrive to pick it up and they already sold it. Waste of my time and gas.

Don was incredibly helpful in assisting us with selecting the appropriate ring sizes for both my sister and me. She was exceptionally kind and considerate throughout the process.

The manager, Kim was incredibly rude and pushy as my fiancé tried to just buy jewelry. She kept trying to get her and other customers to apply for a credit card even though they clearly didn't want it. We WON'T be coming back

This review is for the Pandora jewerly specifically, not this store. I wish I had my money back over $100 for a bracelet and 3 charms only to have an ugly, tarnished, nasty bracelet! Don't buy Pandora! Zero stars for their jewelry!

I entered the store around noon on July 31st. I was prepared to purchase a bracelet, spacers & 3-4 charms. To my surprise the two girls that was working had no time for me. One girl was talking with a lady & the other girl decided to walk over to another couple who were browsing not knowing what they wanted. I knew exactly what I wanted. Regardless, of what they thought I had cash money to make a purchase. They never spoke or said anything. I stood there for about 10 minutes & left. They never even addressed me as I was leaving. It’s all good. I’ll never purchase anything from that store.

I have bought 2 heart shaped rings and a diamond has fell out of each one. I ask the lady in the Murfreesboro store if they could replace the diamond and she said no

Today I went to buy at this establishment, most of the employees were very friendly, but the girl who served me (Kairi) was not pleasant, there was only my boyfriend, my dog and I and two other people in the establishment and she treated me in a hurry and without the desire to sell, he didn't bother to put the charms on my bracelet either... I thought it was racist because I spoke Spanish ??

I was assisted by Kyrene (I don’t know the exact spelling)today and she is absolutely amazing. I never write reviews but I feel as though she should get recognition for her hard work and genuine acknowledgement. Thank you for the help girl!! I hope to see you again.

I love this store however, I tried to purchase the firefly charm. A salesperson explained to purchase online and pick up in store. I tried for 30min and it would not allow the item to be placed for purchase. Yet it was not out of stock. I really wanted this for my daughter valentines. VERY UPSET CUSTOMER ?

They need major customer service revamps and also more order to be serviced as much as people spend in there. You can come in and the 3 people behind you may get helped before you do. Also, when I go into a store and I am looking at the jewelry to make a purchase please do not hand me a catalog to look thru like you are rushing me out of the way unless I ask you to see more options. That is so rude but that is what this store did! I have been in other Pandora stores and have never been treated like that.

Janae was so helpful. She helped me pick out a new necklace for a heart charm I haven’t worn in years and helped me pick out a beautiful ring. She was patient, friendly, and responsive.

I needed to exchange a bracelet I purchased online for a smaller size. I also purchased a dangle charm. Shelby assisted me and she was absolutely AMAZING! Super friendly, helpful, and made me feel special. Thanks so much, Shelby, for making my 1st visit to that location, a very pleasant experience.

This particular time I went into the store, there were two black American young ladies. I wish I knew their names to give them all the props!!!! made the experience feel so luxury!!! I felt like I was in a true jewelry store thank you thank you thank you for making my purchasing experience a great time. The young lady that cash me out answered all my questions. Very sweet she didn't just throw my tissue paper in my bag she actually fluffed it and folded it correctly my gift was so beautiful. When the customer service is also it makes you want to go back #pandorastoreMurfreesboroavenue
