This store has THE cutest graphic tees!!! So trendy! So cute!Staff is always kind!Most things go up to size xxl or if they only go up to size large they run oversized!Love it!

Such a cute store. But...customers are trying to pay and lined up around the store...1 cashier. Another worker at the counter sorting hangers...instead of helping the 20 people waiting to pay.

Really enjoy this store for all of the Tennessee options.BUT not once has an employee said anything or even smiled when customers walk in. And expect to stand there in silence at the checkout. Yikes!

O man, I don't know how this is just now getting done because this is my favorite store at the avenue. The way they embrace the local, state, and college pride in all the things they sell makes me want to spend my money here. The employees are great and the store is always clean. I understand that some people have had a few problems with some employees but I have never and I've been to this store 60-70 times I bet. I have only been treated kind and respectfully.

Showed up just before 8 (unaware that they changed the hours and we assumed that a store at the avenue would stay open later) but the girl claimed they were already closed and she was standing by the door holding it closed. She was mostly nice, and I do understand closing time is closing time. However, i would assume they would be open later being at the mall, and also if customers show up right at closing, although annoying most of the time. We already knew what we wanted and would have been out in less than 3 minutes. The girl wasn't hearing it, and I consider that poor customer service.Obviously, most people like it, my wife does. It's just annoying what happened

Super disrespected today by the check out girl for absolutely no reason! I love this store, but I will be shopping elsewhere! Extremely disappointed. Just be NICE!
