Made the move to Pack Rat from another facility. The first thing that stuck out to me is the fact that they had an on site employee that was so wonderful to deal with. The next huge plus for me was how clean this place was. the unit was spotless and the ground were clean. Excited to have my stuff stored nearby in a safe clean place.

James & I have had a storage unit with Pack Rat Storage for many years now, and we have always been happy with their fast and friendly customer service. It's so quick and easy to make our cheap monthly payments. The unit is very well sealed and we have never had an issue with bugs, rodents or weather getting into our unit. Our stored items have always been safe. We will continue to use Pack Rat for all our storage needs.

The place is clean, well taken care of, easy in/out, secure, staff is helpful and friendly. The aisles are wide with plenty of space to get through. I like that it’s locally owned. The units are priced fairly with market value.

I have had a unit with these guys for 6 plus years and have never had a problem. Climate control is always comfortable and clean. The staff is always very accommodating and friendly.

This is a VERY GOOD storage facility. I have a storage room as well as an RV spot leased. The facility is secured and the grounds are always spotless. And Tori is on the ball, and very helpful!

I needed a storage unit on short notice so started researching online. I found Pack Rat Self Storage to be conveniently located and competitively priced so went by to check it out. Rachel explained what was available, the pricing, and the flexible hours for access. She provided consultation for the appropriate size unit to meet my needs, and showed me the unit. I secured it that day. Rachel was extremely helpful in making sure I got the right storage unit and explaining the payment options. The facility was very clean with nice displays, and the storage unit was clean and ready for us to start moving in our boxes. Thank you for the great service and attention to detail. This business obviously values their customers and has a great staff. I would highly recommend Pack Rat Storage.
