We kept two RV trailers at Osborne for several years. They keep the grounds safe and clean, and they are very friendly and responsive to customer requests and questions. I recommend them highly.

I like the fact that the facility is very clean, has great security and the staff is friendly. HOWEVER I DO NOT like the fact that when I informed them that I was going to be moving out of my unit I was told that I would have to pay for the entire month even though I'm only going to be in it for 11 days. I've never had any other storage facility charge me for the entire month when I'm not going to be using it for the entire month. So with that said if I'm ever in need for storage again I will probably think twice before using this facility again.

My experience was great. The rental process was easy, the prices were competitive on a climate controlled unit, the space was clean, and they even provided a dolly and cart for your use while at the facility! I only had to rent the space for a month and a half, but honestly I could have never been more pleased with the entire experience.

Nice layout, a little tight in places. Some storage for trailers/vehicles. Good security though!

Let me tell you something, we just moved up here from Miami and I've been talking about our storage company's service just as much as our new home. Kathy helped us out and was so friendly. It's been a while since I've felt so welcome. Feels good to be "home".

Great new storage facility conveniently located on Osborne Lane, just off Memorial Blvd. A very large facility with both regular storage units and temperature controlled units at competitive rates. Very clean facility that is well built and secure. This self storage facility is well located and has plenty of parking too. You can’t go wrong choosing to rent a unit at this location.

The friendliest family you’ll ever meet that runs this storage facility. The prices are reasonable & the facilities are extremely clean. We stored our 33 ft. travel trailer here & it couldn’t have been more safe & convenient! I would most definitely recommend Osborne Lane self-storage to anyone as I would definitely use their services again.
