I have been going to this store on and off for about 4 years now and it never disappoints. Customer service has always been exceptional but tonight, the two young men that were there, went above and beyond helping me. Even though they were about to close, they still insisted on helping me with the current issue that I had. They were so patient with me and my 2-year-old son. They insisted on helping me put the part on that I needed (since it was nighttime) and were just so polite. I honestly cannot brag on them enough or show enough gratitude. I just wanted to thank you and wish I'd gotten names to personally address them but unfortunately didn't. I don't usually do reviews, but they deserved recognition. Thank you again!

I had a chance to speak to a gentleman named Ryan at the O’Reillys in Walter Hill, Tn. tonight and he was fantastic. Great attitude, very knowledgeable in what I needed, offered advice and input on options for my repair. We got the parts ordered for my truck with no issues. They have a good one with that guy. Great help!!

10 stars for Tony the night time clerk although we had a issue checking out with purchasing a battery he made a difficult issue light and smooth he kept me and my husband laughing and took care of our purchase way to go Tony oh and his wife is nice too?

On a two hour drive to Murfreesboro my tire began to lose pressure and luckily I keep an electric pump in my vehicle. However when it wouldn't come on, I was fortunate enough to make it to O'Reilly and the counter service was unbelievably kind and efficient. I needed a certain fuse amp and the parts guy took his time to make sure I got what I needed before purchase. It really saved my butt because I had to pull over three times and air up to make it home and avoided all the hassles of being stranded. AMAZING PEOPLE!!
