I had a chance to speak to a gentleman named Ryan at the O’Reillys in Walter Hill, Tn. tonight and he was fantastic. Great attitude, very knowledgeable in what I needed, offered advice and input on options for my repair. We got the parts ordered for my truck with no issues. They have a good one with that guy. 10 stars for Tony the night time clerk although we had a issue checking out with purchasing a battery he made a difficult issue light and smooth he kept me and my husband laughing and took care of our purchase way to go Tony oh and his wife is nice too?
