The gentleman let me know what the problem is with my pickup truck. I had a mechanic also look at it and he said the same thing that O'Reilly told me. The mechanic will fix it tomorrow. The mechanic told me how much it would cost to be fixed.

Franco, Shawn, Aidan and Gregory had a store full of people stressed out and they all handled it like pros. They were even installing things for people and still handled everything like a beast. Thanks guys. This is why I shop at this location. I literally drove 30 miles and passed 6 parts stores. Again ???

I went in with intention of purchasing r134a to re charge my air conditioning. After speaking with an associate he ( I wish I had of gotten his name ) told me how I could check it to see if it needed a fill before I spent $50. It's not often someone cares enough to do whats best for the customer over making a sale. I'm so grateful and impressed. Thank you sir!!!!

Only went in for a break light, and just needed someone to help me put it in. While the guy did help me, his customer service skills were absolutely terrible. He made me feel like I was bothering him by coming in and needing assistance.
